hey so im turning 15 soon so in alot of states that means you get your permit. i was wondering if you could get your permit in like nc then get your license in missouri (im moving next year)

I say that because, with a permit, you can only drive in your state [usually] and that's because in states such as NC you only have to be 15 to drive, but in states such as NY, you have to be 16. The beauty of that is, in states such as NY, you don't have to wait an entire year after getting your permit to get your license. Also, in states such as NY, you don't have to take drivers education first.
I don't know much about Missouri because I've never lived there [I use NC & NY as my examples because I do/have lived in both states]
