okay soo i really have the motivation too get my stomach to be muscle/flat other than what it is now. and i know its realistic because im not "fat" i just have a chubby belly i guess idk how else to explain it. and loosing weight would be cool.

Motivation is good ^_^
That's where most people fall short. Thing is, there's no way to pinpoint where you lose weight. If you want to tone up, you gotta start doing cardio. Anything that gets your heart rate up - swimming, biking, running, speedwalking, whatever floats your boat.
If your diet isn't all that healthy, you might wanna consider tweaking that a little. Also, if you work out, you want more lean protein in your diet. It helps build lean muscle. Don't cut anything (except junk food) out of your diet. You need carbs, so don't even think about dropping those =P
I'm not sure I can give you the kind of help you need - I don't have a set diet that I follow, or anything. Workout routines are very specific to the person, what they like, what they feel comfortable doing, etc. For example, I love working out, so I'm at the gym every day alternating weights and cardio. Someone who isn't as into it as I am might not want to do that every day.
I also don't follow diet plan, I have a healthy lifestyle, which is, in the long run, better. It takes awhile to get into, though.
I can give you a couple of things to check yourself on, though:
*Check your BMR on line (basal metabolic rate). It'll tell you what you burn laying in bed all day, and what you burn with exercise.
*Don't work out for more than an hour, it's overkill.
*Make sure your meals are balanced - protein, some carbs, veggies, and fruit for dessert. So, like, a fat free hot dog with a small salad and an apple.
*Check the fat gram count on whatever you can. 60 grams is the most any one person should have in a day.
*Nuts are good snacks. They're fats, but they're GOOD fats, and also a source of protein, which you need to build muscle.
*Eat every 3-4 hours, and right when you get up in the morning. It kickstarts your metabolism and gets it moving faster, which will make it easier for you to lose weight.

If you're going to start working out, make sure you get enough sleep, too. Working out on too little sleep is a BAAAD idea. If you want me to help you with a workout plan, drop another one here telling me what kind of exercise you've done in the past, what you feel comfortable doing, etc.
I'm not a nutritionist, so I can't really give you a "diet," but if you do the things I suggested above, you should lose some weight...unless you've already been doing all that, in which case, let me know and I'll think a little harder.
Also, realize that weight really is just a number. If you tone up and lean out, you're probably going to actually gain a couple pounds, but you'll be thinner. Take my word for it. I'm 125, but I'm really skinny. I'm compact! ^_^
Anyway, If you want more specifics, drop another one in my inbox.
Hope this helps a bit.
-Siren =)
