Depression

I've had a depression problem for years, I'm on and off my medication and when I don't take my medication I sleep late, stay up all night, I'm in a bitchy mood and I can't do anything I love to do. When I'm on my medication I'm okay but I still have my up and downs.
What are helpful tips to deal with depression?

ok so i was at a party that got busted and I ran away, the thing is they have a list of everyone who was there, is it against any rules/laws to run away from cops at a party? will i get in any trouble? btw im 16 years old

aggressive dog.

My brother has come to live with us for a bit then he's moving to the other side of the country. But he has a dog and she's staying with us because he can't take her. But the problem is, she only listens to and obeys him. She'll behave around him and then when he's not around she'll become aggressive. Now, she has bitten my brother twice before but that was only when she was around food. But she's so unpredictable. She was in the garage and my cat walked by and the dog walked up, sniffed him, then tried biting him. I was so afraid she was going to hurt him. So how do I get her to STOP being aggressive towards people, animals, and to stop being food aggressive?
She has been around other dogs before, so she's pretty social. Ev...

SO, how bad do you think the economy is really going to get? I see gas prices soaring, my rent was just raised AGAIN, we have lost two contract accounts at work, and it seems like people are generally broke. In your opinion, how bad can it get before it gets better, should I be saving every penny? thanks

acne meds are making me feel sick?

alright so i went to the dermatologist about a week ago for my acne problem, i had it all over my chest and back, and she gave me these pills to take, im guessing some sort of antibiotics. now Ive been taking them and at first everything was fine, but lately like starting 3 days ago i started to feel sick. not in an emergency way, just very nauseated like i was about to throw up. i know that some acne meds have side effects such as nausea but i dont know if this one does or if its something else. and well my question is, how do i stop it!????? thanks! =)

Tongue piercing!

I got my tongue pierced on friday. That night I went to a free house party.
I did the exact opposite of what I was told.
I drank a lot, mostly vodka and Jack Daniels.
I ended up making out for about 2 hours with my boyfriend.
And then finally I gave him head.
He has a Prince Albert piercing.
This all irritated my piercing.
I feel really stupid.
And it feels like there's a whale in my mouth.
What can I do to make my tongue better.
Don't tell me to take it out :)
I know there's other options.

does anyone know of a site that gives you all the dumbest little details about weight loss diets... i am really interested in finding one that breaks the process by day telling you aprox how many lbs you'll lose within each day or week etc.... i tried googling but i dint know what to punch in

extremely pathetic but also extremely annoying! There is 9 on us in our group at school, and lately i feel as though know one could really care less wether i was there or not half the time i am just tagging along trying to include myself in the conversation. No one shares there 'gossip' with me or makes conversation with me. I feel like a total outcast it can be embarassing aswell when people are looking at me its like haha she hasnt got anyone to talk to what a loser, our 'group' is quit popular aswell which is annoying. My so caleld best friend dosnt even talk ro me very much anymore is like they all moved on or something they are never themselfs and are always so obsessive other boys and really in love with themself. Shes always mixing ...

Festival..period :(

Ok, so at the end of June I'll be going to a metal festival, for three days :)
(I'm an insane metal fan :D )
The thing is that my period might fall on that weekend.
And I'm kinda worried.
I'm not camping so I can wash properly every night when I go home.
But the whole day there is worrying me.
I can't ask my mom to get the pill that stops it or whatever.
And I use tampons..
So any tips to stay clean from about 11am to 3am(as in 3am in the morning)

Dog keeps coming back

I found a dog a few days ago in my neighborhood and I tried walking around trying to find her owner and I couldn't so she stayed all night in front of my house. I didn't tie her up or anything she willlingly stayed and the next day I found her owner who lives just a few houses down from me and the dog keeps coming back to my house and sits on the front portch. Last night I found her again and put her in their fenced back yard but she must crawl under it and get out because when I was walking home she came back out. I think she likes me so much because I fed her and gave her lots of attention before I returned her and she likes me a lot more than her home. What sould I do to keep her from returning. Her owners knowd when she leaves she comes...

confusing situation!

So my ex who i went out with for 4 and a half months, told me on IM last night that he wanted to talk to me more because we haven't talked as much since he broke up with me. He also was telling me that it was the biggest mistake he's made in his whole life and he wish that day never happened. But then, my friend, who has been quitting quite close with him, has been getting closer and closer, and i asked my ex if he liked her, but he said 'kinda' and he's moving in 2 weeks, so i don't know what to do or say. I don't want to ruin friendships but on the other hand, i'll feel terrible. And i dont understand why he just told me all that but 'kinda' likes someone? i think he's ready to borderline ask her out? but hes moving? and ahh! i have no clue what to do

Plan B Emergency Contraceptive

I took the first morning after pill at 2 pm (the day after having a condom break), I was supposed to take the second pill 12 hours later but i didn't wake up until 4am and took it then. My question is do you think that'll make much of a difference in it's effectiveness? I mean it can't completely fail just because you were 2 hours late on the second pill right?
Please help asap
