is there a way i can lose 3-5 pounds in a week
my diet is really good but i need some tips on exercises that will work my stomach area and the back of my thighs. thanks.
ps. i dont prefer running.

I want to lose weight so bad i weigh 15 and iam about 5 foot 1 and i've tried everything that i could think of that i thought would help me lose weight and nothing seems to work. HOw much weight do yall think i need to lose please help me any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Please if you do can you change hair color on their?? if you can dark dark brown
Eye color? if you can blue
SKin color?? kinda tan

I was with my boyfriend and i sat on top of him facing him and my legs spread apart so his crotch area was basically touching mine except he wore pants and boxers and i had a skirt on and i wore underwear.he got a boner and then we were just talking when i looked down again his pants were wet in that area... and so i went to the bathroom and noticed that my underwear was slightly wet too.. did he like cum? could i be pregnant? my period is late...

T-Shirts from Delias

If you shop at Delias, you know about the logo t-shirts with all the different little designs like the cartoons and the cute sayings. They are really cute, but really expesive. Seriously, I can't shell out like 20-30 dollars or more for just a cheap t-shirt. Now, I'm sure that Delias is not the only company that sells these type of little witty expression t-shirts. Does anybody know of any other stores that sell similar shirts for a lower price? Because theres gotta be somthing out there thats making this kind of stuff for cheaper. Somthing like this shouldn't cost that much.
(I especially like the one that says "keep the battles on the dance floor" but come on, what teenager can be spending 30 bucks on a t-shirt?)

my situation is difficult im fifteen
and sometimes i feel im treated unfair
i suffer with bad anxiety causing me to drop out of school
and go to a hospital school
ive suddenly made friends with a girl my family used to like she shoplift. lied . backstabbed but she was my best friend and i made friends with her again
i feel like my social life is bieng ruined because of my nerves
and i feel like everydays just the same tbh pleas e help!

My ex boyfriend kills me! my broke up because i was moving. we had one of the worst breakups EVER. we broke up 2 months before i moved and in that two months he avoided me and was just horrible all because he was trying to hide his pain and was afraid. we finally made up and said goodbye (including frenching a couple times) and then he texted me and i was so happy because i thought we could be friends but then when i responded (like a day later cause i wasnt allowed when i got the text) he wouldnt respond!! then i finally moved and when i moved i was OK. i moved on and didnt even think about him much or anything. i havent seen him for about 3 weeks now. then i got really sick and was in the hospital and i have to get surgery and stuff and m...

My mom asked me a few weeks ago if I was having sex and wanted to go on birth control because of it. It all came up because I wanted birth control for my period (but also because I was having sex) and I asked her about it. I was afraid to tell her then because my mom is Christian and very against premarital sex but now it seems like she just wants to keep me safe and doesn't care if I have had sex (I was in a relationship for a year and she probably thought I had done it) Now I want to tell her that I have done it and I want birth control but I made both my parents lose alot of trust in me recently because they caught me drinking. i love curling my hair with a curling iron. but everytime i do it, the curls only stay in for 2 hours or less.. i put hair spary in (loads of it) but it doesnt work. anyone know any kinds of hairspary or something?

Hi, My current husband, father of 2 of my 3 kids is starting to treat me wrong. I am currently with him because I have a 7 month old baby. He started treating my 8yr old from a previous relationship bad. I can tolerate him treating me bad, but not my son. He is just a kid and he shouldn't take it on him. My son told me today that he kicked him and he denies it. I don't know who to believe and if I ask my husband he gives me grief. I have been with him since my son was 3yrs old. I don't let his real dad see him cause he wasn't there for me during the pregnancy.
I dont' know if I should believe my son or who...
Should I move out on my own?
Things are pretty bad now...Please advise.

body hairs

i have somewhat a lot of dark hairs on my stomach and lower back. i dont mind my back hairs much, probably because i cant see it haha but anyways, i hate my stomach hair, especially wearing short shirts or swimming suits. should i shave, nair, or bleach lighter? i was thinking about nair..does it hurt and will it make it go away for a long time? i dont want to have to shave every day to keep it smooth but i guess if i have to =/ i cant afford a big procedure thing to get it removed but, any advice is very appreciated!
