is there a way i can lose 3-5 pounds in a week
my diet is really good but i need some tips on exercises that will work my stomach area and the back of my thighs. thanks.



ps. i dont prefer running.

have you ever tried a low carb diet? if not you should really try it. you eat as much meats as you want and fruits and veggies and other stuff the only things you cant eat are breads and sugars and anything else that's high in carbs.. i normally only have about 20-30 carbs a day during the first 2 weeks, and you'll lose a ton of weight! squats & lunges are good for your thighs.
