what kind of diet do you think i should go on? I want to lose weight so bad i weigh 15 and iam about 5 foot 1 and i've tried everything that i could think of that i thought would help me lose weight and nothing seems to work. HOw much weight do yall think i need to lose please help me any help would be appreciated. thanks.

thats the only way to lose weight permanently, because i predict that you will not be able to stick to a diet your whole life. any weight you do lose on one will come running back as soon as you go off of it
A healthy eating style never hurt though. Whole grains, fiber, good fats (salmon, olive, coconut oil) lean protein, vegetables, and water (absolutely no soda, espiacially not diet soda)
is a good way to start. ]
you should try a low carb diet. you can still eat a ton of different foods so you wont be hungry like whatever meats you want, fruit and veggies ect. but you cant have bread, sugary foods and other foods that are high in carbs. i usually try to only have 20-30 carbs within the first 2 weeks, and 40 carbs the 3rd week ect. you can set your own limits. it really works for me when i wanna lose weight ]
A lot of girls don't realize that muscle has a lot to do with our body weight. When we work out..we may lose fat..and not realize it, that it turns into muscle..when you see your body gets slimmer...even if your weight makes you seem over weight..you really aren't..it's just your body turning into muscle. Muscle makes us heavier than fat.
To get slimmer..and lose 'weight'
try Power walk for an hour a day? Power Walk 2-4 miles? thats what does it for me..=]
