have you tried exercise?
thats the only way to lose weight permanently, because i predict that you will not be able to stick to a diet your whole life. any weight you do lose on one will come running back as soon as you go off of it
A healthy eating style never hurt though. Whole grains, fiber, good fats (salmon, olive, coconut oil) lean protein, vegetables, and water (absolutely no soda, espiacially not diet soda)
is a good way to start.

i cant stop eating and its driving me crazy.. iv had belimia before and this is how it normally starts. i dont want it to come back... how can i stop myself eating and feel full?

I've skipped breakfast and lunch and barely had anything for dinner for the past three days.
And the weird thing is, I actually look fatter to myself. I feel gross and bloated.
So why is this? I thought skipping meals was supposed to do the opposite.
I know that skipping meals is bad, just I can't think of anything else to make me look skinny. I'm only 105 lbs and 5' 4", but weight isn't my issue. I don't look as skinny as I want to be. I run, do sit-ups, eat healthy, blah blah blah. It's not working.

because your body is holding on to any little bit of food it has been given, and is turning it into fat in order to survive. Sucks doesnt it?

i recently lost a lot, a lot of weight. i use to weigh like 120 and now i weigh 94. i have always watched what i eat excessively. like, it's not even natural how much i watch what i eat. i would count every calorie that came NEAR my mouth. But, lately, it's like i've lost control. I don't know if it's that my sugar is REALLY low, which I do have low blood sugar because I'm hypoglycemic, but I've been wanting to eat everything in sight. It's horrible. I mean, the little bit of self control I have left is what's saving me. But, it's like I NEED sugar. I get cravings for brownies in the middle of the night. obviously, i don't have any because I don't buy brownies in my house. but, it's like, if they were there, i would have had them. and today, for lunch, i had ice cream and cookies with my sandwich. like, i know it's not going to make that big of a difference when you're 94 pounds. but, i use to have an eating disorder, and i would only eat 600 calories a day. i know it's not healthy, but I don't want to blow all the work I did. I mean, i go to the gym every day, but it's just that i'm so HUNGRY lately. Is there anything I can do to reduce my apetite? please let me know. you would be most helpful. Thank you. (link)

go to a doctor before your eating disorder destroys your life. I "used" to have an eating disorder too. But one of the things they taught me in treatment was that it is an illness and an addiction, much like drugs or alchohol addiction. An addict is always an addict, but some keep that addiction in check. I repeat: go to a doctor please.

i hardly ever go 'number two'. usually, only a two times a week. i decided to take laxatives to help me go, but they only 'kind of' work. like, i'll go to the bathroom, but i'll still feel like i'll have to go more afterwards.
does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
what foods can i eat to help 'keep thing going'?
i hate hardly ever going to the bathroom because i'll start to feel sick and such.

dont eat any gluten for three weeks and see if that helps. If it does, switch to a gluten free diet.
Gluten is a protein in grains such as wheat and oats. Grains without gluten include: corn rice millet and quinoa. You can basically continue eating normally without gluten. You can find really good gluten free grain products at whole foods, or another health food store.
most people have a sensitivity to gluten. Laxatives should be a last resort, as they really stress your bodies systems. Also, try drinking 12 8oz glasses of water a day, sometimes constipation is a product of dehydration.

I am a vegan. I have been one my WHOLE life. I dont eat meat, fish, peanut butter, a rare amount grains... just purely fruits and vegetables for the most part. I have a reaction when i have too much protein, so I take this "anti-protein shake" to give me the vitamins that i need. I am getting bored with what im eating... and i NEVER get full, so i eat excessively. Is there anything that you have had or can recommend that is not made of meat or dairy, but that is a good tasting dish? Im just getting bored and have resorted to junk foods- which is a BIG no-no. I want to eat GOOD foods, but I also dont want to feel hungry all the time like just eating fruits and vegetables does for me.
Any help would be great.

while being a vegan is a lifestyle choice you are free to make, your diet sounds actually just as unhealthy as eating junk food. I would consult a medical professional. You should add in legumes (lentils, beans, chickpeas) and brown rice to your diet, its actually a miracle combination. You get healthy carbs, and a reasonable amount of protein that will not overload your system. Also, i know your vegan, but if it is for dietary reasons only you should really consider bringing some organic chicken or fish into your diet (no need to add dairy) because it is quite a bit healthier than what you are doing. It sounds like you are seriously under nourished by the description of what you allow yourself to eat. At your age its really really important to get nutrients such as calcium and protein to form healthy bone foundations. Do you really want weak bones at 70?

its because the fabric clothing your butt (usually cotton or denim right?) expands on your skin when you put pressure on it when sitting. the small holes in the knitted fabric (cotton or denim) impress on your ass flesh and cause minor irritation.
it itches even more when you stand up right? thats because those streched holes are contracting on your skin and pushing it out of the fabric.
i have spent so long pondering this question and now i finally get to answer it! yay!

just tell him you are shutting him out of your life. delete his number, as a start, and dont answer any of his texts, ims emails ect... but dont make a public scene or say anything really obviously rude when you are telling him to fuck off...be really polite. if you continue with those types, you will have nothing but problems. that should be obvious.

Okay i am thirteen and i don't know if i am eating enough calories. I an 5'0 and 123 pounds. They say if you do not eat enough calories you can gain weight but i eat like that any time i attempt to lose weight. thet day i also exercised for 30 minutes. a quarter of grains, a quater of protein and half of
Breakfast : 2 pieces of whole wheat bread, slice of a cantalope, half a pear, 1 cup of milk
snack: dannon light and fit yogurt blueberry
30 min of excersise
...Milk
Lunch: quarter plate of rice,quarter of salmon,1/2 a cup of spinach and 1/2 a cup of onions
snack: pear
Dinner: 1/2 a plate of black peas with no skin or shell, 1/4 plate of rice, 1/4 plate of brocoli carrots and cauliflour
that is what i ate that day, i added it and it ended up to be not much over 1000 calories. I do not know how to eat not large portions, but eat the amount of calories i need to lose weight. HELP!!!

your pretty on track, but you do need about 300 calories more. I noticed that your snacks arent very substantial. This is what i would do: i would substitute a fitness yogurt for 3/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt (no fake sweeteners, and you get more for the same amount of calories) and then add two tablespoons of almonds (protein, omega 3s), and a handful of berries, or a bit of honey. Then for the second snack, i would add a a rice cake with almond butter to your fruit. That adds on about 300/400 calories to your diet, bringing it up to about 1300/1400 calories a day, which is the amount that will keep your metabolism going, but still allow you to lose weight. I would also recommend taking a calcium supplement, and a fish oil capsule of some sort, just to make sure you get the right amount of nutrients on such a low calorie diet. Also, fish oil really speeds up the metabolism, and gets rid of acne!
oh, and dont forget to drink lots of water!

keep your hair blonde unless you want to go with an ashy brown. nothing with the slightest bit of red will look good with your complexion. also remember that you should only go 2 shades lighter or darker than your natural shade (your current roots are your natural shade) if i were you i would start with one shade darker, just to see how it looks, and if you want more color, then take it from there. If your doing an at home job, keep in mind that any dark color is MUCH darker on hair than on the box. Especially since your hair is so light, it will really soak up the dye. For all my life i've pretty much been a naturally slender girl,for one exception- my chubby cheeks! It makes me look 12, were as i'll be turning 16 soon. Everyone tells me it'll be good for when i'm older,i know this,but its doing no good for me now =P. to me, its my only insecurity. I would so love to have some nice,high cheek bones like everyone else in my family!(so its not genetic,luckily). I was looking it up on google, and i heard of some excersizes that can help thin out the face and get rid of "face fat". Do you think this would possibly work? They have some work outs online,but theres one package you can buy-its called "perfectcheekbones". If you've heard of it-do you think its a scam? What could i do to get rid of this chubby face of mine? (it doesn't help that i have a tiny chin!) I'm also wondering what haircuts would look best to make my face look slimmer(and a chin look..bigger? haha),and colors that make someone looks older or bring out cheek bones as well =]. really, if you've got anything on this,it'd help me very much,thanks ! definitely a scam. do not buy it. if you really think workouts for your face will work, look for some free ones. face framing angles will bring out any jawline you do have, giving the appearance of a slimmer face.

if you drink soda, drink water. Focus on a 1700/1800 calorie a day plan, that incorporates veggies, good carbs (brown rice, whole wheat bread ect..), and lean protein. Also try some thigh toning exercises.

For prom i have a light green dress that has very intricate beading on the top half...and is a poofy dress. I have long hair and i'm thinking i should probably put my hair all up for prom because i want ppl to be able to see the beading.. but it doesnt have that interesting of a back or anything.. so i'm kinda stuck. what you could do is a loose chignon or french twist (always elegant, maybe add a pretty hair accessory as well), leaving front layers or bangs out to frame your face. this will lessen the overdone prom hair look, and what you will end up with is a classic, natural look that complements the intricacy of your dress, but doesn't overpower it.
