whats wrong with you is that you are ill. Ill people should take themselves to a doctor. That is what you should do.

Ok, first of all...take in a deep breath and just look around you. Then exhale.

Relax, I know this is very difficult. But admitting to yourself that you're exasperated or afraid won't help you.

Bulimia Nervosa (derived from Latin), is mainly a disorder that attacks your personality and mood.

I suggest that you make a small schedule or chart of what you think is right to eat in a serving per day. Don't let this get the better of you, talk it through with someone you trust a lot (mother, father, best friend, etc.), and with them devise a schedule.

Once that's done, I suggest making copies of it and putting it on a wall, fridge, room, whatever.

Also, (you probably know this already) insecurity and habit are the two things you want to take control of.

Trust-building exercises, talking it out, and hobbies, (ESPECIALLY WITH FRIENDS!) are good ways to make yourself feel confident and strong.

Remember, this doesn't mean starve yourself. You'll end up doing more damage than good if you start getting thinner than 50kg.

Try and restrain yourself from buying foods that are unhealthy or high in sucrose, glucose, fructose. In other words, if you're going to buy a decent amount of food, and you know you may lose control of yourself a bit, at least make sure those foods aren't extremely sugary or fatty.

My last suggestion is try a gym, or running, even a small jog. Even music! Meaningful music or mixes or songs are always great! If you're into Rock, go on Youtube and look up some Christian Rock bands (Doesn't matter if you're Christian or not! They're amazing and tons of people listen to it!).

A few other things you can do:
-Wear a wrist band, and snap it hard whenever you feel the urge to consume food.
-Avoid bringing food into the car frequently.
-Take routes home (if you drive) that avoid fast-food places.
-Don't isolate yourself, you're important as anyone else in this world.

Sometimes the most insignificant thing can be the first step towards the new you.

"The best thing you can do is have people around you and keep yourself busy. Even if it means being on the phone with a friend for 20 mins. a day or so."

That's all I can say for now, since I don't know all the details. Chin up, dear.

-XZ
