Thunder Thighs :/

I have extremely bad thunder thighs and its got to the point where i habe these really ugly stretch marks on the insides of my thighs. How would i get rid of the fat on my thighs? Im in track by the way.

I drink water. not soda. Also when i do eat bread, which isnt very often, i eat whole wheat. i refuse to eat anything other then whole wheat..

if you drink soda, drink water. Focus on a 1700/1800 calorie a day plan, that incorporates veggies, good carbs (brown rice, whole wheat bread ect..), and lean protein. Also try some thigh toning exercises.

Hi,
the fact that you are on the track team tells me that you have plenty of cardio in your life. That leaves you with your diet.

Try and shock your system with something new like cutting down or taking carbs out of your diet for a while. You can also cut out soft drinks and things like that. If you haven't tried weight lifting, that might be what you need. Try exercises that focus on the inner thighs. You can look up plenty of them on the web.

Try to remember that voluptuous thighs can also be a beautiful thing. Don't be too hard on yourself. Heredity plays an important part.
