my situation is difficult im fifteen

and sometimes i feel im treated unfair
i suffer with bad anxiety causing me to drop out of school
and go to a hospital school
ive suddenly made friends with a girl my family used to like she shoplift. lied . backstabbed but she was my best friend and i made friends with her again
i feel like my social life is bieng ruined because of my nerves
and i feel like everydays just the same tbh pleas e help!

Aw, I've been there before. This past year was my 11th grade in high school & I quit going the last three months because I was suffering severe depression & anxiety. People at school hated me for no reason & I didn't talk to anyone. I was admitted into a hospital and the nurses and counslers in there, really really helped me. Friends like the girl you described do NOT stick around forever. I learned that in life, it's better not to trust anyone because a lot of people can cause you to have bad anxiety. I learned, that you can be friends with people but never trust them with everything, because people are real quick to backstab you. You need to gain your confidence back & stand up for yourself. Hiding doesn't make problems go away & that's the truth. Facing problems and fixing them is the only way to make yourself feel better. ♥

I don't really understand the situation or the question. I am only addressing some points you have made in your posting.

You said that you sometimes feel as if you're being treated unfairly and that you suffer anxiety. Have you attempted talking to a counselor in your facility? Have you written down some of the different emotions in which you are feeling in order to address those when you are talking to those who are there to help you?

It is important to be careful and mindful of who you consider as a friend. I am not judging your friend, but I am cautioning you to be careful in dealing with her if she has made no attempt in changing her ways and actions. Do you know that if she steals something and you are with her, that you too are put in that mess? When choosing friends, it's important that you have something in common with one another and that you are able to encourage one another. If you can't receive encouragement,support and the friendship that you give, you are placing your self in a situation to be used, don't do that because it hurts and only upsets your emotions more. It's also a reason of nerves being thrown off balance, my dear.

Try something new on a daily basis. Get a new outlook on life, knowing that only you have the power to change your life and the circumstances surrounding it. It takes strength, motivation and determination to accomplish this. What are some things you want to change within your social life? What are some dislikes in your social life? write all the negatives down, look at them,now reverse the things you wrote down. Example: I have no friends, except this one friend who pulls me down - reversal: cut that friend off who is negative and find new friends.

I have no hobbies or interest that excite me in life- reversal: here is a list of things I would like to do to make me happy and feel better about myself - now try those things, and see how you feel.

I feel like you aren't taking control of your life and that you are allowing life to take control over you. This has an adverse role with anxiety. well i'm not sure at all if you will be able to take this...but anxiety or no anxiety your a person just like everyone else honey. You have a nose a ear and brain a mouth etc just like me and a million other people in this country.

So i guess the point in which i'm trying to get across is that anxiety should be no reason to drop out of school. I've been through A LOT of shit my self.
My mother died last september...i'm 15 too i'm a junior and i'm still in school..I'm still trying to live up to the fullest. It's about being head on strong..People say i'm not strong..WELL THEN GET STRONG! :D

Being friends with a backstabber is allowed... i mean good for you maybe you can show her the RIGHT direction of being an honest friend. :P

I don't know if you believe in God or not. But my preacher always said that those who we think as our enemies or who are not our friends...is not the right to look at them..God never placed enemies on the earth.. That was our judgement in which we made our self. in other words a man made idea. So i'm glad that your friends with her again :D
I have a friend who hasn't been the best either but i don't just ditch her..that's almost in humane.

So stay strong! or GET strong~

Next time someone makes fun of you for having anxiety be like
Who are you to be telling me that i'm weak or yattah yattah yattah..i may have anxiety but beyond that i'm just like you.. i have to go through shit in my life too. And the fact that i have anxiety problems and can get through my life with people like you..and other drama that goes on in my life...ONly makes me stronger.

Say that to those who are being mean :P

Cuz having anxiety is not a big deal.It's honestly your decision of how your going to make life day by day be great or bad..for you
