we've been for about a year now but we havent went out alone yet on a date we hang around our homes and watch tv or just do random stuff to entertain eachother. We've only taken pictures together twice now and only got1 good picture i feel bad tho because its our first year i want to have pictures and good memories. I really really like this guy at school but I am too shy to talk to him and I don't think he's too good for me anyway...
But anyway, that isn't the problem, one of his friends who is in one of my classes at school has just started talking to me, and I can tell he likes me, I also have always caught him looking at me before he started talking to me. He has only started talking to me within the past week and its very frequent. I would really like to get to know him as a friend because he sounds like a lot of fun and he is really funny but the thing is I can't do it without leading him on. I don't know him well enough to tell him this yet. I don't want to embarrass him by telling him anyway. But I really like his friend so what should I do?

My boyfriend and I got a little tispy at his parents huge, fancy hotel party and we ended up checking out a room and having sex. I know it was really foolish but being inebriated, we couldnt control ourselves. I did not plan on ever doing it while I was drunk and that will certainly be the last time. Do you have to have a certain type of tongue to get it pierced? I want mine pierced but my tongue is pretty short, like I can't stick it out that far. Would that be a problem?? Thanks~

i currently have a pantech duo, and service with at&t. i'm on my second phone (same phone model, different phone though) because my last one's screen blanked out. now this one has a line straight through the screen and it's just annoying. so, i'm looking for a new phone. as i was looking at the smartphones/pda's, some say they have wi-fi or "integrated wi-fi". this mean that whereever there is a wireless internet signal, i can log onto the internet on the phone, for free, right? also, if anyone has any recommendations on phones with that wi-fi feature and a keyboard of some sort, that'd be phemonenal (:

If a company says that white people can wear jeans, but blacks can't, that's discrimination (illegal). If a company says that employees over age 30 are allowed to wear sandals, but employees younger than that can't, that's discrimination (illegal).
But when a company says that a girl can have pierced ears and a guy can't, that's totally legal, according to the law.
Why is discrimination tolerated in the workplace when it comes to gender, but not religion, race, age, etc.?

I asked a question like this already, but i was wondering if I wanted to shrink my cotton bathing suit top, how long should i put it in the dryer? also, should i wash it first and then dry it, or put it in already dry? what would give me the best results? thanks!

i just got a red palm centro and have some questions...
how do i:
-set an alarm to go off everyday at a certain time (like 7:45 to wake up, i can only find where to add events to a calendar)
-put it on "silence all" (i can only find vibrate always, never, or when sounds off)
-turn the whole thing off? (if you don't know, please don't guess.. holding the end call button only turns the PHONE part off.. i need to turn EVERYTHING off)

17/F At work, I recently gained a lot more confidence in what I was doing and made myself a very useful employee who was pleasant to be around. Now, there is a girl my age who is new and I find myself questioning my position a bit.
