learning to skateboard

a while ago i bought an element skateboard in florida on vacation.
but i just cant seem to get the hang of turning.
i can go straight and everything.
but i am having trouble getting up the curbs, and all the basics
does anyone have any pointers

so i like this guy.
it is summer now, but when i was in school he would always look at me on the bus ride home.
we sat diaginol from each other.
when school let out we talked a lot on myspace.
we still do but not as much.
i am VERY shy, to shy that i cant even barely talk to guys.
we would talk abotu music, movies, skateboarding. . . etc.
how can i tell if he is interested?
is he not interested since we dont talk as often?
how can i hint to him that i like him?
please dotn say ask him to go out on group dates, or exchange phone numbers because i am WAY to shy for that.
please help

ipod in radio

The radio in my car lets me plug in my ipod, but when I plug it in, first of all it wont let me pick my own songs, i can't navigate through my menu.
And second after like 10 minutes of playing it makes a beep noise and the music stops playing, and on the radio it says "no device plugged in" , but it is still plugged in...
Help??

i have one of those back massagers. and since i cant get one of those vibrating toys from spencers i just use that. im almost 14 and i've been using the back massager ever since i was about 11 yrs old like every day. well my question is does it hurt u if u been using a vibrater for that long and still more years to come???

my mom doesnt want me laying in the sun that much b/c she is afraid of me catching skin cancer. Im irish and italian just to let u know...b/c i know that irish people are pale; which i am. my face gets burnt very easy and i don't like it so its hard for me to lay in the sun. does anyone know any suntan lotion that i can use that will be good for my skin that wont make me get burned but i get a tan? if so thanks in advanced!

piriton tablets

my boyfriend and i just had a big fight... and now he's taken 5 piriton tablets to fall asleep..... I'm tryin to take 5 piritons too... i dont care abt living anymore... i woud like to know what overdose of piriton can cause??

my bro n his wife r having trouble raising their son which most of it is lack of common sense and mainly being to selfish so i was asked by my parents if i wud move home(2 hrs away) to help them help my bro n wife..dnt want to move back to home town however there is a little boy to b concerned 4..very confused and a rollercoaster of thots running thru my head that i dnt feel im thinking with full clarity..and i have to move by end of month so the pressure of time isnt helping either......

mixing weights and cardio

i read somewhere that you shouldnt do cardioand weights, as cardio uses up muscle or something? basically, i want muscle, from losing fact, so im doing weight training. i also do about 20mins of cardio. should i stop doing cardio?

sorry that its long btw.
well my mom and my sister are having financial problems. my sister is 19 (20 in a month) and carries on leeching off my mom. she relies on her for money, even though she had a job. she was in £1000 debt, so my mom put it into her bank accound. if she needs money, she goes to my mom.
ive explained to my mother that putting money in her account is only a permanent solution to a temporary problem, and she shouldnt do it. she is an adult and needs to learn for herself. my mother still carries on.
they argue a lot whenever my sister asks for money, because my mom is finding it hard to get the money to give it to her. my mom has to pay the rent on the house,a s w...

Party food ideas

I am having my 18th birthday party next month and I have planned most of it apart from a few things.
I am renting out a big rooftop apartment for two nights and having a party of about 15-20 people coming. Guests will hav to bring their own alcohol but I have no idea what foods to serve. There will be both boys and girls at the party.
Does anyone have an ideas for food?
Maybe if anyone even has ideas for what I can do to make the party more fun for everyone that would be great too.

Eating disorders

im just wondering would anyone on this be able to educate me about eating disorders and would anyone be able to talk about it because I have a friend that has 1 and would really like to know what is going through his mind.

well, this is going to be really long and confusing. so, reader beware, you're in for confusion. here goes:
so, my boyfriend and i have problems like every other couple in this world. but these problems arent about cheating or not calling or ignorance or neglect. these problems are all caused by me. to him, i dont share enough of my thoughts. and thats simply because i dont want to run him off. but thats all over with, because i did.
we were talking on aim earlier and it was getting pretty heated. i told him i didnt mean to hurt him, but i knew i was. i asked him why he was so upset, and he said it was because i dont trust him. but i do! i trust him with my whole heart, but like i said. there are just some thin...

follow up from question a few days ago

i was the prson who ate the cheesecake and whatnot and gained like 3-4 pounds from one night
the day that i sent in the question i went running for 3-4 miles and
ate sushi and low fat ice cream (and water)
i probably did have too much of that though
through out the day though when i weighed myself the number did go down to 115 after awhile
the next day (yesterday)
i went running in the morning for 1-2 miles
then had work (which is a camp that involves little kids)
so that must have burned something
went to the gym for an hour (one class is supposed to burn like 700 calories)
then went running again for another 1-2 miles
the only food i ate...
