I'm a size 6 but I want to be a size 2. what are some exercises I can do to help me get to my goal size, and of course some eating habits? :)

Hi... next feburary ill be sent off to boot camp. I really need help to get in shape.. i need better cardio and to shave some inches off my waist. I have a work out plan, but its lacking in cardio.... also i need any diet tips if you can give them.

Hi! I would really love to hear from everyone, ESPECIALLY those who have lost a lot of weight (like 60+) or are seeing results currently.
Well, I'm young, only 18... and I have a huge issue with my weight. Ever since elementary school, I can remember being one of the heavy girls in class. Now, I'm 5'4 and my weight usually ranges from 190 to 200. I've tried diets, I've tried working out, but I can never commit. Right now I live in a household where you will never find healthy choices like veggies, fruits, whole wheats, etc. And it's not my family, so I don't dare ask them to buy ME anything, I just take what I am given, you know?
I don't have a job right now, so I can't even buy my own food. I don't know, I jus...

Maybe I am the only one that this has ever happened to. That is what I always used to tell myself up until this last time. It doesn't happen every time but quite frequently since I have started going out for track at school I puke when running.
I am running along just fine and then my body decides that it's time to puke. :-( There doesn't appear to be anything damaged since I can still run so I just thought there was something "special" about me.
Will this last week guess what I saw? That's right another girl puke when running! Now she is from another high school and I don't know how to just walk up to somebody and start talking about puke LOL!
So does this happen to anybody else? I use...

as I guess you can probably tell I have little tiny boobs! Wearing a 32 a cup while all the rest of my friends seem to be at least a C.
Is there anything I can do about this or am I just stuck with what I have? Don't worry you don't have to talk me out of getting surgery, I'm not that stupid ha ha however I would like to know if there are any pills or anything I can take.
Does anybody have any experience with this?

today was my first day of track practice. i did pretty good i was towards the front when last year i was the last one but i was on a few antipsychotics that make people not even wana get up so i was sooo proud that i could even run. im off them now and now my only real problem is my lungs, i even dropped out of the middle of a race because my air cut off which scared the crap out of me. i know it gets harder to breathe while running but not this bad. last year i just physically couldnt move my legs fast at all. im just getting over a concussion and i shouldnt really be running but shh, i also started smoking shisha but stopped the past month. so right now im doing great health wise im proud. im determined though i wana do a sport idc if im ...

I've seen the commercials for the Shake Weight. (The device that's supposed to help tone flabby arms.) I was just wondering if it actually works! I've heard it's had good reviews but you can never be too sure.

okay, so my back has been driving me crazy the last few days, its not hurting, its just uncomfortable. ive tried sleeping and sitting different ways but nothing helps. it has happened before, maybe a year ago and it got to the point that i started crying because i couldnt get away from the feeling. so i got a new bed hoping that it would help and it did. the bed i have now is only one year old. i was also wondering if it could be from my electric blanket. AND are these sorts of back problems caused from stress because ive been really stressed lately. also its not from age because i am only 16 haha thanks. im not sure if this comes under fitness so sorry if it doesnt :)

I'm 16, female, weigh 150 lbs., and am 5'7 (67 in.). I am an all year round athlete in lacrosse and swimming. I eat fairly healthy, I run a 7:40 minute mile. I just got my physical to play lacrosse yesterday and my weight and height were 150 and 5'7. I was totally fine with this because I have a lot of muscle and saw it as being normal for an athlete. That night when my dad saw the form, and my weight, he freaked and told me I was really over weight and needed to get down to 130. My dad has been on me about my weight since I was 10, but I felt like at least this was unnecessary. I have a lot of insecurities about my weight and continue to struggle with a little bit of a bulimia problem.

I am 15, female. I have kinda become obsessive with my weight lately. Not to obsessive that I am becoming sick or anything, I wouldn't go to that extreme, I just weigh myself alot. I go running everyday, a mile and a half, I feel great when I'm done and I eat healthy, I don't snack, I workout on my wii fit when I can, with not much homework. So, it got me thinking, is 134.6 normal for a 15 year old girl who is 5'2 and pretty active? I have big bones, that's what my mom says, that part of me is genetic I just want to know is 134.6 considered normal for 15 year olds? thanks.

So, I am fifteen, female. I live in the smallest town of Pennsylvania. This place has nothing to do, literally, no bowling alleys, no skate parks or roller rinks, nothing at all. Seeming as I can not drive yet, I am alllllllllllways bored. I can't take it anymore. Seeing the people on the Olympics and how dedicated and passionate they are for what they do is making me want to get out there and do things. So basically, all I want to know are things I can go do outside that can keep me occupied for long periods of time, I can't go anywhere because, again, I don't drive. I just want to be able to go out and say "I am so passionate about __" but I don't know what that is yet. So just name some things I can do outside that I can do for a while. Thanks a bunch!

Hi. I'm 15, female. I have been watching the Olympics since they started and it really got me thinking. These people are my age, well 1 or 2 years older, and here I am not motivated just sitting on my couch. I want to go out and do something with my life. I mean, I do things, like sledding when it snows, I make some of my own clothing but I feel like I'm in the house to much. I mean, I read about Shaun White, whom I now love, and he is outside all day everyday, his mom said she barely sees him because he is outside all the time doing something. 17/f I use my treadmill everyday and I do this one work out i burn 750 calories for an hour. I do it where I go up hill. On the highest level. And it takes you up and down. My question is does anyone know if this kind of workout helps target my mid section?

I've been stressing out because I can't lose weight at all. I know I shouldn't worry about it because I'm only 14 but I am freaking out. I've been running 30 mins a day for about two weeks but I've actually gained 2 lbs! What the?! I guess I did grow a little in those two weeks but I really want to reach my goal. I don't eat that much, either. I am currently (almost) 5'0" and I weigh 125 lbs. I'm not fat, I'm actually really skinny but I'm rather muscular because I used to be a dancer. I want to be 110 lbs. Any advice?
