sore back!

Question Posted Saturday February 27 2010, 5:17 pm

okay, so my back has been driving me crazy the last few days, its not hurting, its just uncomfortable. ive tried sleeping and sitting different ways but nothing helps. it has happened before, maybe a year ago and it got to the point that i started crying because i couldnt get away from the feeling. so i got a new bed hoping that it would help and it did. the bed i have now is only one year old. i was also wondering if it could be from my electric blanket. AND are these sorts of back problems caused from stress because ive been really stressed lately. also its not from age because i am only 16 haha thanks. im not sure if this comes under fitness so sorry if it doesnt :)

Well, maybe it is caused my stress. You can be tensing your back.
So maybe you should go see a chiropractor, and get a back massage.
That might help a great deal.
Hope I helped.
