Size TWO? Why the hell would you want to be a stick figure..?

Anyway:

1) Eat smaller meals. Eat more frequently. This will boost your metabolism. Also, don't stress out about dieting. Believe it or not, but more stress can actually cause you to gain weight in the long run (Mainly because women just loooove eating when stressed. Like eating ice cream straight out of the carton when dumped).

2) Running or swimming. Intense running can be bad over a long period of time because each step puts pressure on your joints. Swimming doesn't do this. Both great exercises.

I'd retype my answer again, but that'd drive me insane. So there's the link. It's basically a more in-depth version & explanation of the first thing I mentioned (smaller portions and not stressing out about it).

You're plenty thin allready? But swimming is truly the best excercise as it will work the whole of your body. Light weights will help you get toned. Eating habbits- standard- Fresh fruit and veg, no junk food, plenty of water etc etc-everything you've heard before :)

The best exercise is running. It exercises the whole body.
Diet-wise, stay away from anything with added sugar, no desserts unless it's fruit. Maybe try a vegetarian, vegan, or raw food diet.
