how do i get in shape?

i have a few extra pounds around my stomach area and inner thigh area. how do i get rid of it? , then how do i tone the rest of my body?

to start off i would go on a diet...stick to low calorie foods but make sure everything is balanced..try to cut out food like chips and fried food also bread as it is full of carbohydrate which will bloat you...theirs a number of excercises that you could do but swimming is very good for your legs well its good for all of your body really...swimming will burn calories and tone your body at the same time so your killing 2 birds with one stone...just stick with swimming and a good diet and you could see results within as little as 1 week! good luck x
