Shake Weight!

Question Posted Monday March 1 2010, 6:14 pm

I've seen the commercials for the Shake Weight. (The device that's supposed to help tone flabby arms.) I was just wondering if it actually works! I've heard it's had good reviews but you can never be too sure.

No it doesn't at least it didn't work for me!

If you are looking to burn off fat then the best thing to do is diet. The most the shake weight thing might do is add muscle but again there is no guarantee. You're best bet is maybe buy some weights and do it that way. Hell, You'd be better off safe then sorry
