Why can't I lose weight? I've been stressing out because I can't lose weight at all. I know I shouldn't worry about it because I'm only 14 but I am freaking out. I've been running 30 mins a day for about two weeks but I've actually gained 2 lbs! What the?! I guess I did grow a little in those two weeks but I really want to reach my goal. I don't eat that much, either. I am currently (almost) 5'0" and I weigh 125 lbs. I'm not fat, I'm actually really skinny but I'm rather muscular because I used to be a dancer. I want to be 110 lbs. Any advice?

MUSCLE weighs more than fat like you probably know...so running may be strengthening your muscles and their getting BIGGER thats is most probably why! try eating a balanced meal and do carb burning workouts like an excercise dvd or something x hope i helped you ]
Maybe not be so stressed out? I've heard that being stressed is a reason people have a problem loosing weight. Although if you want to loose muscle, I think I would suggest yoga or some other stretching activity instead of running. ]
