I've been stressing out because I can't lose weight at all. I know I shouldn't worry about it because I'm only 14 but I am freaking out. I've been running 30 mins a day for about two weeks but I've actually gained 2 lbs! What the?! I guess I did grow a little in those two weeks but I really want to reach my goal. I don't eat that much, either. I am currently (almost) 5'0" and I weigh 125 lbs. I'm not fat, I'm actually really skinny but I'm rather muscular because I used to be a dancer. I want to be 110 lbs. Any advice?

Although if you want to loose muscle, I think I would suggest yoga or some other stretching activity instead of running. [ Gracelesslove's advice column | Ask Gracelesslove A Question ]
