What are some supplements that promote hair growth? (on you head). I'm not looking for hair growth pills or anything... just vitamins, proteins, or minerals things like that.

crunches

i've recently started doing crunches every day [by recently i mean today being the 3rd day]. I do 50 crunches every morning and night, 20 without weights, 20 with two 3 lb weights, and then 10 without weights. I was wondering, if i continue to do this consistently, and occasionally add some push-ups or planks, how soon can I expect to see results, and what kind of results?

Leaving for College.

Most of my friends are still in high school (seniors). I just graduated this year and am attending a city college. Anyways, my best friend graduated with me and is going about 2 hours away for college. I feel like she will make lots of new friends and forget about me. also, i want to give her something before she leaves on Monday. I was going to burn her a mixed cd of songs we like, and songs about going to college so she can listen to it on the way there. any songs about college ya'll would know?

Hi! I;m gonna spend the night at a girl's house... And sometimes when i go places, we don't do nothin.... Any ideas of stuff we could do that is actually fun and not stupid? We're both 13 year old girls btw... And i'd prefer ideas where i don't have to buy anything... Just cause it isn't a BIG slmber party with bunches of people... okay well, i have a boyfriend and he told me he loves me, we have only have been dateing for like 3 weeks and he loves me?? it werid, but anyway then there is this boy elvis who i like, we went out and then we had to break up, cuz he was going to brooklyn for the summer,i was hurt and he said that we would get back together wen he gets back, now he is back n when i saw him all my feelings went back to him, dont get me wrong i really like ly bf, but i dont like how fast he is going, and just so u no, i have never had this happen to me, never in my life have i had a boy tell me this, im 14 and it like werid, so what do i choose the one i love or the one that loves me??

Heyy ,
I am 15 years old and my boyfriend is 17. We haven't been offically going out for that long but we have been "together" for a while. He doesn't go and get with every girl. But he is older and more experienced than I am. I am comfortable with him but i dont want to rush into anything that im not ready to do yet. But i just am hoping that he understands and doesn't get mad. So i was just wondering if anyone can help me on what to say , if the conversation comes up of doing something more serious , as in sex.

I have been dating a guy for two years almost. I have a nine year old son and Im a working professional. My goals are high and I also attend online college to finish my paralegal degree. My boyfriend lived with his parents until two years ago and has worked several jobs since we met. Why am I with this guy?? He is great with my son and has a big heart. I've always been looking for the loving man that will sit at home with me on Friday nights and I have met him. We never have the money to go out or on vacation. I do not have a ring yet?? He works jobs to get by. We still live in a apartment and I drive a new car and his is lucky to still be running. I'm 28 and I have never been materialistic, but I would like to have more??? I'm confused, please help.

1 hi :) um when you apply your f0undation using the stippling brush, do you put the foundation ON the brush ; or you put it on your face first, then you blend all over?
2 how do i use it? do i do like circle motions on my face, not just whatever, like how TO APPLY IT THERE YOU GO.

hey about your instant heat conair curling iron,
what do you put on your hair BEFORE AND AFTER you curl it?
cuz everytime i make my hair curled using a curling iron it looks nice for about 10 minutes and then ITS GONE THE CURLSS ARE SO0O0 GO0NE!

Im from North Carolina.
About a year ago I met a girl who is two years younger than me from Ohio at a convention in Saint Louis. We didnt talk much then but we swapped phone numbers and now we talk nearly every day; texts, instant messenger, myspace, phone call, etc. I really enjoy talking to her and im certain she does also. Since the convention, we have gotten to know eachother well and are great friends.
I now have feelings for her and I sense that she feels the same way but I dont like the idea of a long-distance relationship. I think it would just become too difficult to maintain despite how often we talk and how comfortable we are sharing things wigh eachother.
