BRUSH questions for makeup

1 hi :) um when you apply your f0undation using the stippling brush, do you put the foundation ON the brush ; or you put it on your face first, then you blend all over?



2 how do i use it? do i do like circle motions on my face, not just whatever, like how TO APPLY IT THERE YOU GO.

K ya i apply it on my hand and then take the brush and use it to apply it on my face and i do a circular motion to apply it b/c that gets it on evenly good luck:)
