when she was using blacktrack fluidline at the beiginnig, wasnt it like a gel eyeliner so, how come it came out as a cream eyeshadow?

how do you pull that off

I use Fluidline. Basically, it's like a cream.

Gel eyeliner isn't really like a gel at all. Go try it for yourself at a MAC counter.

Just use it as it is.
My friend has that, she uses it for the smokey eye look.
