Okay, so recently i was at a party and got really drunk. I remember certain parts of the night but a lot of it i have no recollection of. I know i remember hooking up with some guy but I'm scared that we might have had sex, without me knowing/being able to remember. I also remember leaving the party, but barely. I guess I was between an unconscious/conscious state throughout the time.
My question is, do you think I would know if I had sex? and What are some signs or clues that could help me know?

Okay so there B and D .B i've known ince 5th grade and we've been best friends since we hang out and talk about anything. we also like to sing songs some of them are love songs haha, n D i've known since last year we just talked and stuff and we kinda flirted but then summer came n blah. cheering in college

Hey guys, I'm a senior in HS and I have been thinking about cheering in college. Overall I say I'm a pretty damn good cheerleader. I'm always the one to start the spiriting on the sidelines and I have the best jumps on the squad. I have good arm placements and I learn cheers and dances pretty fast. The only thing is I'm not the great on my faces, I smile, but I don't make good face expressions. I'm cheering the in Capital one bowl and the pro bowl in the coming months. I can tumble, but getting more tricks. I have a standing back hand spring, round off back hand springs, sometimes I will do three, just depends in I feel like I can. Hiya i have blonde highlights on a dark blonde base and i really want liek baby blonde hair/white blonde

How can I de-stress?

I have a lot of stress in my life. I know the effects of stress are pretty bad, especially with me.
I am looking to do some sort of stress management with myself. Things are getting out of control and it's hard for me to focus on my daily routine now. I don't sleep well so I'm always tired, my memory is sketchy, constantly nervous, mood-swings, and am having lost of headaches. I know it's from the crazy amount of stress in my life but I don't know how to RELAX!
How can I get some effective stress relief? What should I do to get rid of all of this stress? Some stress management techniques would be wonderful. I also heard about "stress nutrition" before too if anyone could give me information on ...

Ok,my problem here is that I've had this crush on this guy for about a year now.In my 8th grade year I told him how i felt about him((which i wish I should've never done))he told me that he did'nt feel about me in that sort of way((even though he would give me signs that he liked me))
All he wanted was to just be friends which was not true either because when I waited for him to add me on myspace((he dosn't have a computer so he has to go to like a friends house))he was on one afternoon I waited for him to add me but instead he did'nt add me.Which got me really depressed that day...

I'm 17, a guy and i want to get involved with swimming. I was wondering whether or not i should wax or shave my legs? which would be the name for it? and whether or not it would cause ingrown hairs? should i go ahead and shave/wax my pubic area? I would also like to know how i should start my routine for swimming. what stretches, what should be a warm up, and how many 50 m laps should i do [one way on a olympic sized pool]. I would like to have a slimmer body, with nice abs and lower abs [like a abercrombie v cut]. how should i go about doing this?

What can I do soothe my raw nipples?

My boyfriend was sucking on my nipples a lot for a couple of days and now they hurt very badly. My nipples hurt to touch. When a shirt runs over the nipple itself it feels like sandpaper. I'm afraid to wear a bra because it might rub against the nipples when I move. My boyfriend kissed one of my sore nipples since it wasn't feeling good, just as a sweet gesture, but it felt like grinding sandpaper against my nipple too. It even hurts for my nipples to get hard and pointy!
It's just really uncomfortable and frustrating to put on clothes and not have them rub against the nipples.
What can I do to make my nipple pain go away? I am totally clueless and feeling very uncomfortable! Please help me figure out ho...
