Student Government Speech Help

am writing a student government speech and I need some help. I am running for vice president and I have a few Ideas I just need help putting it all into play.
Four score and seven years ago, none of us were born but I knew Id when this race.
Hello class of 2012 for those of you who don’t know me I am (name- not saying for safety).. A promise is never heard, but the truth is in every word. It is my dream to make this year a year to remember for us all, with all voices heard and ideas shared. It is my goal to be a friendly face for you all in the halls where your able to come to me and let your ideas be heard.

hey there.... i have a very stupid kind of question which is in my mind for 2-3 years.....
i go to gym almost regularly and have been listening to people there saying that if you really wanna improve your performance at gym then u should completely stop masturbating.. i try to control myself a lot of times but still end up doing it atleast once a week (oops)... so can anybody tell me what is the real truth and is there some special time when we should never do it relevent to gym activities.
P.S.- m a male of 19 and m considered as a bit more then average in aspect of gym capabilities and am going to gym since i was 16 ... so its like 4 years.

ive hidden like mostly everything...i used a bunch of codes.
and i hid my about me and i'd like to meet boxes. and now tht i did tht...i cant put any text where they used to go. i dont want those stupid orange bars there! i want it to be blank, and i also want the text to be there!

this is kind of a weird question to ask.. but here goes. I am a female and am kind of larger on top if you know what i mean. Anyway, i've heard that if you lose weight sometimes your bra size will go down, but recently i've lost about 20 pounds and it hasn't happened, i was wondering if there is a way i could kind of target that area in a workout or something? anyway, if anyone knows of anything let me know, thanks :)

Moving with a new puppy

Ok well, on October 1st my boyfriend and I are moving out of my parents house and into our own, we have a 6 month old puppy and im just curious on a couple things. We first adopted her when she was 9 weeks from the SPCA and they said to expect a little diharrea from her just due to her being in a new place and a little nervous, well that did happen but she adapted quickly, and now that were moving ive started packing up some of our things that we wont need before we move and now whenever i pack if shes with me, which is almost all of the time, she whines, she doesnt wanna go outside because i tried that and she doesnt want food, i tried that to, i sit down and play with her and when i get back up, a few minutes later she does it again, i tr...

I need help! Okay, everytime I turn on my computer it tells me that it has been infected. And it tells me use special antispyware tools to prevent data laws. And it gives me a website where I can get it. But it's 80 dls! What can I do other than download what they're asking me to download? How can I fix this? I am really broke right now..so can I do it for free?

i usually listen to alternative/rock/etc. i listen to rap like if the song is popular. okay my question is: what are some of your favorite/popular rap songs?
i think i might start listening to more rapp, i don't know; i have to hear songs that i like so.
also: i heard this one rap song, my friend was playing. i don't remember what it's called but there was a hook in the song that goes 'run forrest run'. haha.

Last friday I had extremely bad cramps but my period had ended wednesday so it wasn't my period. It started on the left side in what felt like the intestines. The pain eventually spread all in the lower abdomen and all the way around to my back. I could barely walk and when I'd sit, every time I changed the position I was sitting in the pain worsened, evening laying down didn't help. I was worried it was my appendix but I eventually went to the bathroom and the horrible pain went a way but I was still cramping in my left side. Saturday I spotted and tuesday also. Since friday I've continued feeling cramps in my lower abdomen. I have felt nauseous and had cramping and sharp pains.

Scar Tissue on Ovary & Fertility issues.

A little over a year ago I had a ruptured appendix and had to have an emergency surgery shortly after. Beforehand, the doctors noticed that I had scar tissue on one of my ovaries, which the burst appendix and infection had probably caused- apparently this is fairly common, since an ovary is right next to the appendix.
I am concerned that this could cause problems with fertility, when i do decide to become pregnant- which is really something I might plan in the distant future, I'm 24, and not even thinking about it at this point. But it is important to me.
I do know that a woman only needs one healthy ovary, and one healthy egg to get pregnant, but I'm still worried. For anyone that knows about this, what are c...

ok im 14 and female.
im 170 pounds and kinda short.
so i wanna lose a lot of weight. i've come up with a food plan tell me what you think:
breakfast- about 15 grapes
(no snack because im at school and we cant eat until lunch)
lunch- wheat bread with ham cheese and mayo,
130 calories worth of raisins,
100 calorie cheeto bag and
100 calorie bag of chocolate cookies
snack when i get home: a large pretzel stick and a few pieces of colby jack cheese
dinner: salad with low fat ranch dressing.
and this is it. any suggestions or tips for me? do i need any revisation?

My friend and her boyfriend had sex and I dont know if he came on the bed or not. A few days later she had a sleepover and I slept in her bed. Is there a chance I could be pregnant? My period is late and I'm kinda worried cause' I'm only 16.

I realized I was gay when I was like 9, mostly b/c my parents are way controlling even wen i was little they wouldn't let me have friends who were guys...
so to me wen i was young, i was like ok mom and dad dont want me to hang out with guys, guess somethings wrong with em, so i eventually started liking girls instead.
Then me and my family moved to a new town when i was 14, and my parents finally agreed to let me go away to public skool, after a few months i kinda got bi-curious.
