good movies about the 1950's

what are some good, popular movies about the 1950's or set in the 1950's? i LOVE the '50's and wish i lived then but obviously can't so i love to watch movies that the time period is supposed to be then. but not like actual movies from then just movies about them, because i think the movies just about them make them look better and funner. I already know Hairspray, Stand By Me, and Back to The Future, so if someone could give me some other ones besides those that would be great. thanks!

ok, so, my house is a wreck! it always has been, within the last few years its hit rock bottom. stuff is everyyyyywhere. literally. everything is clutered. you cant even walk in our dining room, our spare room, only in about half way in the living room, barely in my moms room, you can barely even use the kitchen counter.. i mean you get the idea. my room is pretty much the only room that stays clean. its just me & my mom here. she works 5 days a week for 9 hours, and i work a part time job and am in school, so were not here to clean very often. she is a packrat for sure & cant get rid of anything. its like one of those houses you see on doctor phil or oprah, where the whole house is just FILLED with stuff. except its not dirty, we d...

Future Career

If such a website exists, where can I take like an assessment quiz to help me determine what kind of career is good for me. When I was younger, I used to think they'd give them to us at school since I used to watch them on t.v. all the time. I was wrong, of course... I have NO clue what my future looks like, I have no interests, no motivations. Which is why I'm forced to apply to some liberal arts college. Maybe one of those tests could give me an idea. Thanks in advance.

okay well i know what 4:20 is, i think almost every teenager in america knows. But okay this isnt really a thing for advice,its more of a question and i would GLADLY appreciate it!!!
Well this has been happening to me for like about 2 years.
Everytime the time turns to 420 i look at it!
every single day! it is so weird. And my little pot head friends lol say that thats like tight but i really dont know why this happens. Im not even kidding EVERY day at 4:20. i dont know if its a sign or something. Do you think it has to do with the fact that i was supposed to be born on april 20th? because i was. but my mom had me 10 days earlier.

Im trying to loose weight so Im cutting soda and energy drinks out of my diet. Im usually really tired at work and have an energy drink to wake up, are there any other foods or anything i can have before work to get some energy?

Microsoft Word

My computer had crashed about a month ago, and a friend of my mom's took it to his son to get it fixed. I know NOTHING about computers, but I heard something about having to replace the hard-drive. When he brought it back it seemed better, except my volume doesn't work anymore and I no longer have Microsoft Word or any other Microsoft features. It's very vital to me to have these, since I'm assigned endless projects at school. What can I do?

so there is this student teacher in our class and i see him everyday (when i'm at school of course) and he's so attractive and has an amazing smile. i'm only 16 and he's 22 or 23. to me that's just weird. but i know i couldn't have him, because the age difference and he's technically a teacher. i don't know what it is, but i know i like older guys. they just seem to be better than some of the immature guys at my school.
he is a teacher and that's never going to happen. should i stop thinking about him? should i just not worry about it?

Okay so awhile ago in science me and my best guy friend Steven were joking around and he was like I bet you couldn't get me hard. phone service not working

I have a virgin mobile phone (Lg flare) and since this friday, my phone has not been able to connect with the service. I have called virgin mobile three different times and told them each the same thing. They think I need a new phone. I tested to see if it was my phone that had the problem by switching to an old virgin mobile phone I have and I got the same problem. It continually says "Network not available" This is frustrating me because it's never happened before and we haven't had any storms or anything that would stop the service from reaching my house. Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks.

Im at skewl and the teachers ask me to go up on the board infront of the whole class my hand or leg starts shaking uncontrollaby and i would mess up in my handwriting on the board im guessin becasue the guy i like is in my same class so thats why im always so nervous to go up on the board haha is there any way i could control it? or something that would calm me down cuz i find it rather embarassin..thanks :)

one year anniversary

k so i'm 15 and my boyfriend is 16. our one year is coming up in like a week and i don't know what to do! i don't really have any money but i know he has something planned. i'm trying to get creative but i can't think of anything. i don't want to like do something stupid. i was thinking like a cute mixed cd or something because he loves music and plays guitar very well.
