I have a virgin mobile phone (Lg flare) and since this friday, my phone has not been able to connect with the service. I have called virgin mobile three different times and told them each the same thing. They think I need a new phone. I tested to see if it was my phone that had the problem by switching to an old virgin mobile phone I have and I got the same problem. It continually says "Network not available" This is frustrating me because it's never happened before and we haven't had any storms or anything that would stop the service from reaching my house. Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks.
