New to New York... no friends

I recently moved to NYC. I have only one friend here, and it's become shaky.. as explained in another question of mine.
I need friends.. I need people to talk to. I need people to hang out with and laugh and have fun with. I don't have any friends here. I'm totally new.
I've never been super sociable before, and I've never really known much about clubbing and going to bars and parties. I don't go to college just yet, and I only recently got a job.
How can I go out and make friends? I want to be around people with similar interests as myself (my job is totally unrelated to my interests), and if I'm lucky enough... find something romantic. I want to meet people, and have a social life.
What should I do?

Acne

I have very sensitive skin. It's normal-dry mostly dry. At the end of days, its oily. I have acne on my forehead, chin, nose, and area around the nose. About 80% of the acne are those bumps that aren't big and red but the small under the skin bumps you can see and its really annoying. I've used sooo many acne products and nothing seems to work. It either dries out my face or makes things worse. I got Pro-Active about 5 months ago thinking that it would clear my skin, but it didn't. Its very harsh on my face and dries it out..i even got rashes on my lip from it. I need something that is soft on my skin, but hard on my acne. It can't dry out my face, it needs to leave it hydrated. Does anyone know ANYTHING that can work on my face?

ok so theres my best friend, we'll call her A. I have this friend who never leaves me alone. We went on vacation together over the summer and her family is pretty awesome. Well anyways its months later and she doesn't get the idea i need space. I don't want to be mean and tell her off because that would seem like i'm a complete bitch and was using her to go on a vacation.

I must've seen this commercial for British Airways like, three times this morning.
It's like an airport but inside is underwater and there are a bunch of seals and whales and things swimming around.
I remember the seals the most, though :]

Im not on a diet, But i jus lost a TREMENDOUS amount of weight, and im 13, I used to be on a diet, well not diet persay but not eating so much and excersize and happily, i like the way i am now, But i want to Maintain my weight, Not gain nor lose, can anyone tell me what i should eat, and how many times a day i should eat ,and i excersize 6 or 5 times a week on my treadmille Fer 2 miles and i workout for 30 miuntes running, thanks :) :)

Ok so this guy is barely 17 and a member of a neo-nazi club, he basically lives in the ghetto, he blames EVERYTHING on the immigrants who live there (which makes no sense cause its a very immigrated area) and he thinks they're the reason that his town has so many troubles with crime and unemployment.. his dad was a police and got shot at a gangland shooting a bit less than 5 years ago and his brother is equally filled with hate.. he's actually in prison right now for a race crime.
