Im not on a diet, But i jus lost a TREMENDOUS amount of weight, and im 13, I used to be on a diet, well not diet persay but not eating so much and excersize and happily, i like the way i am now, But i want to Maintain my weight, Not gain nor lose, can anyone tell me what i should eat, and how many times a day i should eat ,and i excersize 6 or 5 times a week on my treadmille Fer 2 miles and i workout for 30 miuntes running, thanks :) :)

drink al0t 0f milk...it helps maintain bodyweight...and just eat healthy (not saying you cant have some icecream here and there!!) you can still eat tha things you love just in moderation
