You can't make anyone fall in love with you. They have to do it on their own. Go up to him, make small talk and jokes. Hang out with him. If he makes excuses to touch you, like play hitting or stealing your things, he totally likes you. Just play it cool. ;]

I have a very severe panic attack and anxiety disorder. I'm very bubbly and social when I'm comfortable, but most times my disorders make me nervous and its hard for me to associate with new people. I have a few very good friends but I really want to make more friends. I already take medication but I don't know how to socialize because I get so nervous and end up being shy. Please help me. The first step, the absolutely most important step is to love yourself. Find out what's good about you, embrace the bad. Accept your inner and outer self. It's harder said then done, I know. But, once you respect yourself, people will respect you.

Well, you see, you need to make yourself known. Don't be shy! Just make it casual, start up random conversation. Even something that could be made up. Like asking him if he's a certain person then make jokes. Don't be afraid! Trust yourself!

I'm 16/f, he's 17/m (obviously...). He's from a town about 20 mins away in a different state. Let's call him Jake. One of my good friends Carrie has known Jake since they were in diapers, and she brought him to one of our dances last year (just as friends). He had a gf at the time, and I didn't really think much of him then. Four months ago, she had him and his friend Eric go to her birthday party, which I also attended. He acted much more like himself this time around, and I thought he just seemed like a really fun guy. (I believe he was single by this time, and Carrie ended up going out with Eric.) About a month later, she had another party, which I went to, and so did Jake and Eric. After the party, I developed a bit of a thing for him. He was just soooo so funny and really sweet and unlike anyone I'd ever met. Eric plays football, so Carrie asked me about a month after the party if I would like to go to one of his games with her. Of course, I said yes. So I went, and we had to pick up Jake on the way. After the game, I was basically sold. I fell for him COMPLETELY. I gave him my number that night (I amazed even myself with that) and he gave me his. He texted me maybe once or twice. A week later, I went to the next game, and he was there. We hung out at Carrie's house for a little while after, and I fell for him even harder. Then we started texting every day. He was always the one to text me first, and he would say the nicest things to me. A week or two went by and he told me that he liked me, and I told him that I liked him too. He said he wanted to get to know me better, which I completely understand. It's been a month since i've seen him, and we still text every day. He's an absolute sweetheart to me :) Next week, he's coming to my school's dance as my date (matching colors and all). I'm really, really nervous cause it's my first real date with a guy. Things seem to be going pretty well, right? Well there are a few problems. One, his ex. He broke up with her, and things did NOT end very well. I just have an odd feeling he still has a bit of a thing for her. Two, other girls. Girls FLOCK to him. He's the kind of guy that is sweet to everyone and always puts other people before himself. Some things he says to other girls make me jealous, and I'm really afraid he's going to end up giving me the slip and asking out one of these other girls. I don't really know what I'm asking, but any input whatsoever would be greatly appreciated. And if you want any more info, just let me know :) I just don't exactly know how to feel right now. I don't want to get my hopes up really high just to have them shot down. (link)

I'd say that he really has something for you. If he just wanted to use you, he would have tried already, you know? I think you should give him your trust. He may be very sweet, so I doubt he'd ever cheat you out. The fact he tries making you jealous is also a way for him to see how much you care. In a way, jealousy can show how interested you are in someone. Take it slow, keep observant. :D Sweet guys are hard to come by!

I found out I'm pregnant and at first my thoughts were to abort. I didn't really care about my baby and I immediately dyed my hair and smoked a few cigarettes. I guess I was angry. Anyway, I've since thought about it after my friends talked to me and I actually want to keep my baby. I feel bad that I immediately did things to hurt it but now I'm trying to do good because if I give birth and don't want it then I want it to be adopted and if I want to keep it then I want it to be healthy. anyway, enough of that, nail polish is what I'm curious about. Is it safe to paint your nails when you're pregnant? And what i mean is is it 100% safe to paint your nails when you're pregnant? Okay, well my friend was talking to this guy that's been "eyein'" me lately. He asked if I was a virgin & she told him the truth, which is I'm not. He said he wasn't interested anymore.

I know what you're going through. You feel like its not fair that you hurt and he doesn't. Truth is, the BEST thing you can do is ignore him. Completely. Don't do anything dramatic, it proves you care enough to go out of your way. If he talks to you, just tell him you're done. You don't want his bullshit anymore and you deserve better. That will give you more respect and the fact that you wont be offending him will bother him the most. He wants to get a rise out of you.

I think he's trying to get control of you again. I mean, we all have those opinions about other people while we're dating someone else.. but not to the extent we tell the people we're with. I think if he was truly sorry and didn't want to offend you, he would have told you long ago. It's possible he realizes he was an idiot. But I honestly think he wants you because he's /not/ with you, or maybe he knows you'd still go back with him and have feelings for him. My advice to you is talk straight forward with him. Don't let him push you around. It's your life, what ever you decide is your choice.. just be careful.

So I have a boyfriend who I have been with for about 2 years & 4 months. We don't go out much, but we see each other often. I know this is bad but I tend to lie about where I'm going to my bf and hear me out. My boyfriend doesn't have many friends and he doesn't go out much. He doesn't like me hanging out with guys and always complains if he goes along with me when I hang out with my friends. So I don't say theres guys there and I saw I'm at a girlfriends house. I feel bad but if I told the truth he'd flip. Also, he won't let me go to the club and I understand where hes coming from, but I offer him coming with me because if I were to go to the club it's not to get guys to hit on me and what not. I can't dance but I like to. Plus, theres other stuff to do there like pool,darts,tables to sit out and a lounge. Also, I wouldn;t dance with a guy, I would go with girlfriends or my bf. I see nothing wrong with this, but maybe thats just me. I don't know what to do anymore. And to top it off, I might be going to a college like an hour away from home and he'll be staying here. I don't know whether or not I should call it quits or take a break or just see what happens if I do go there and if it doesn't work out then break up. I'd say you need to talk it out with him. Tell him you feel trapped because you don't have any freedom to see your friends, and explain that he should trust you with other guys. It's really all about communication. People getting jealous is natural, but also unhealthy to a point. I'm sure if you talk it out it'll all be okay. I go through the same thing. It's more about being insecure on if the other person feels the same about you. Make sure you explain how much you care.
As for the college thing, you can still come home every once and awhile. But, my advice is, take it one day at a time. Don't think too much ahead. Enjoy what you have. :D

Doesn't matter if they like each other or not, they're hamsters. And.. if they're already together, they should have had mated already. I'd say just wait until your female teddy becomes in heat, and you'll find out.

This is not a physical sex questions, it's more of a request of an explanation. You'll understand after reading the question.
I had sex for the first time a couple weeks ago. Since then I've been having a lot of se dreams, and by sex dreams. I've been having dreams of me having sex with like every guy I know, and it's kind of weird. Like I even imagined myself with my best friend's boyfriend, and I don't even like him at all, and he's not that good looking either. I've recently gotten over a "boy issue" and I know that's cause me to have weird reactions to some things, but sex dreams? I've never really been interested in sex before, I found it kind of revolting. The sex a few weeks ago, just sorta happened, I was drunk at a friend's party and well, me and a guy were talking and then one thing led to another. So basicaly I'm curious as to why I'm all of a sudden horny all the time and dreaming of having sex with lots of guys. It's getting out of hand.

I've been having the same problem with that. Since I've lost my virginity, I've been having sex dreams also. It's completely natural, and I believe it comes with becoming sexually active. Haha. Don't worry about it! Dreams are dreams. Just think about them and laugh. :] Minds can do such silly things.

You've known each other so long that you should be able to approach him about anything. It may be awkward, but just ask. There's not really a way to tell if someone likes you or not, so just ask. It's quick, it's efficient, and it saves time and energy. Sometimes guys have a hard time telling us girls how they feel for fear of rejection. That's where we go in and just push the subject so it's easier! Make sure you make it clear you definitely still want to be close, even if he says no.

I completely support online chat dating and what not. But, if you're gonna meet up for the first time, I don't think lingerie would be that appropriate. Guys that come on too quickly give off the vibe that they're just using you. As a girl, if a guy got me lingerie on the first date, Valentines Day or not, I'd be creeped out. But, if she's okay with the gift or that kind of a girl, there's only one way to get her vital stats, and that's her telling you. Now, if you're honest and tell her you want to give her something clothes related, she might crack. Good luck with it. I hope I could be of some help. :]

ok so there is this guy i kind of like. It's not a big deal i just like him a little bit. But still, i want him ti like me. He is way nice and so so funny. We have two classes together and we sit next to eachother in one and talk like the entire time! I went to a dance with him and we had a really good time. But, i think he likes another girl. Trust me when I say, he already knows. You went to the dance together, you talk a lot. He knows you're a good person. If he didn't think so, he wouldn't talk to you. Okay, to hit the nail on the head here, guys are clueless to girl games and clues. Sometimes it's just so easier to walk up and tell him, or write a note or something. Telling him you're available and interested will save you the stress from wondering why he doesn't notice you, or if he even cares. I can almost guarantee that he probably does, but doesn't know how to say it. Confidence is a very big key in catching a guys eye. SO! GO OUT THERE AND MAKE MAMA PROUD! ;D

So, I absolutely hate Valentines day. I've been single for all of them, and they make single people feel lonely.
So, I'm going out with a group of friends, and most of them are single too. If I do meet someone in a bar(that's where we go) on Saturday night, what are some good flirting tips and such to get a guys attention, but not be all over him. There are a lot of cute single guys in places that we go, but I'm too shy to just go up to them but sometimes they join us, and I have no idea what to do...
I'm getting tired of being single, but I don't really know how to get guys to notice me a bit more. I'm not that ugly, so I've been told...but I guess it's more a lack of confidence.

Just be yourself, yeah sounds corny and over said, but it's true. Confidence definitely plays a major key. It's like saying "Yeah, I have flaws. Do I care? PSHH!". Never appear to be conceded though, that's just.. annoying. Never the less, keep conversation open, and don't seem too interested, if that makes sense. When a girl comes on to be very interested, or clingy.. it's kind of mirroring that she's insecure. That goes for girls and guys. Honestly, I think you'll do fine. You seem like once you're there and meet the right guy you'll know what to do. Trust your girl instincts! And I've found if you don't look, they come to you.
As for Valentines Day. I don't celebrate it. Like my friend once said, everyday should be a Valentines Day if you're in a relationship. It's really no big deal. Think of all this as an opportunity! Being single is sometimes a lot more fun then you think.

My Friend has a boyfriend called Callum.

But out of the blue his dad died 2 weeks ago.
She doesn't know how to be there for him.
I've told her she just needs to be there for when he is ready to talk about and not push him to far. I told her he isn't going to be himself for a while so always take it into consideration if he not in the mood to hang out or whatever,
but I really want to help her.
Because everytime something bad goes wrong in a relationship for her and she gives up. This is a very hard thing for her to deal with. She's not at all emotional - What advice can I give her to look after her boyfriend? What should she do to make sure he's ok? (link)

There isn't really anything she can do besides tell him she's there for him. Death is a very difficult subject to discuss and is never to be pushed. If that person feels he needs to talk about it, he will. Tell her not to give up, and to stay strong. He may push her away.. but he doesn't mean it. It's hard to decipher some emotions from others. If she stays by his side, but still gives him space when needed, she'll have no problems.
As for you, you're a good friend looking out for her like that. Good luck, hun.
