Question Posted Tuesday February 10 2009, 3:45 pm

Gosh, another computery question.

A few weeks ago, my friend re-installed windows for me.

I needed to go in on safe mode today but couldn't get on the administrator bit because it needs a password...
I haaven't set one up so is there a default one?

Thanks loves xxxx

The admin password is blank by default. If the password is not blank, ask your friend what the password is. If they don't know, read my answer here for information on cracking the admin password:

You usually leave it blank and just press okay or whatever.

If that doesn't work try "password".
