Can anyone tell me about these colleges? Good experiences, bad experiences, relatives that went there... I just want to know about things from someone that actually knows what goes on there, and not from the school website.

This is just a curiosity question. If a woman worked for very powerful men in a large corporation for many years as the powerful men’s secretary but no longer works for them (she hasn’t seen them in 11 years) do you think the powerful men still keeps tabs on her. Keep in mind they were very possessive of her and the bosses either treated her as a sister or a daughter.

Would the remark my mom made bother you?: I (age 53) cleaned out my closet and dresser drawers and had 14 bags of clothing to give away. However, yesterday I decided to go thru the bags to make sure that I did not give away anything accidentally. I found 10 items that I accidentally put in the bags so I took them out and put them in my drawers and closets. I was home alone yesterday. Today before I was going to load the bags into the car and take them to the clothing drop my mom (age 82) saw me going thru the bags.
Mom: “What are you doing?”
ME: “I am going thru the bags to make sure I did not get rid of anything accidentally”
Mom: Oh why are you looking there is nothing worthwhile there”

I wasn't really invited, but my boyfriends mom was all nice to me and stuff she invited me in to my bfs suprise party. How can you tell if a Rolex watch is real or fake?

I was shopping around in this city last week with my mom and this guy was selling watches at a small table to the side. I thought it'd be great to mail my dad a watch as a gift since I don't see him very much. My dad is always looking for a good watch and he's gone through quite a few--two Casio watches, five or so Timex watches, and even a Bulova watch!
I looked at the watches and the guy told me they were real Rolex watches. My mom said they were probably fake Rolex watches or rip-offs, but the guy that was selling them insisted that they were real. The guy showed me the back of a watch, which was clear, and said that only genuine Rolex watches had clear casebacks.

What should I bring on a vacation trip to New York City?

I'm going on a vacation-type trip to New York City this winter and I was just wondering what type of clothing I should bring and what would be appropriate. I will be staying for 2 and 1/2 weeks so I know I'll need to bring some essentials like deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush, hair brush, hair accessories, etc. It sounds very silly but I've never traveled and I really have no idea what one should bring on a vacation trip.
I live in Florida and we don't really have winter like NYC does. I'm not sure on what type of clothing I should buy and if I should buy winter accessories like scarves, mittens/gloves, earmuffs, etc. I saw some Hollister winter jackets that looked very cozy but, again, I don't know if I should buy a wint...

I live in an apartment and the family across from me love to party late at night. Almost every night they have a party with their friends. They have small children and the kids are left unattended in the hallway while the adults drink beer and various other forms of alcohol. The children run up and down the hallways, screaming and yelling, while the adults are inside drinking. Once in a while, someone comes and screams at the children to, "Quiet down!" but this only keeps them quiet for a few minutes. Sometimes the children even start to bang against my door--in the middle of the night!

I mean, really, why should I have a "good" education anyway?
What will my education get me in the long run?
I was talking to my best friend about dropping out of high school. I know you're legally allowed to drop out when you turn 16 in the United States. I feel that if I drop out of school then I won't be missing too much, but she says that a high school drop-out isn't going to make it in the real world and that high school prepares us for that. High school just seems to be full of drama, cliques, Hollister and Abercrombie whores, popularity contests, sex, and drugs. It's like learning isn't even a concept in high school anymore anyway! What would I be missing out on?

Does anyone know of any good acne products that get rid of acne quickly? I really need to get rid of my acne. I have a date on Friday and I want my face to look clear. My frind told me to use the Acnefree products but it hasn't helped so far. Can anyone recomend anything? A good product at a low price would be best. thanks.

Dark Circles

Does anyone know how to get rid of really dark circles under the eyes? I have natural dark circles under my eyes that are hereditary in my family. It is so frustrating. I have bought lots of makeup but everytime I try to cover up the circles, my the makeup always looks cakey. does anyone know how to get rid of them? i just bought one of those new Garnier anti puff eye rollers, but so far it hasn't helped.
