heY! im just asking again.. i know if you have abs u have a flat stomach (close enough) and i want that i just dont want to be able to SEE the boxes! and when the first "box" starts forming, where does it form? just wondering! thanks and PLEASE answer if u have abs kuz i need to know from an expert.. and what should i do everyday to get them? im 13 and a girl.. thanks! (oh, and my bday is on August 24th! WOO HOO!)

Hey..does anybody have some advice on how to lose the extra fat around my arms and not the muscle? Im not sure if lifting weights is a good idea because im a pitcher and I heard from somewhere that lifting tightens up your arms and isnt good for a pitcher. Is that true? -Thank You- :)

Hey-
im not fat, but im not skinny. girls tell me all the time that im beautiful, and i model, and i no that i am admired. Sorry if this sounds conceited, im just telling the truth. But, I still have chubby thighs, and fat on my hips//lovehandles. Please help me! how do i lose 7-10 lbs.?? i have tried diets, but i can never stick to them and they dont work. I want to lose my lovehandles! No one can tell that I have lovehandles, cause i hide it so well by like never wearing pants. But i want to be able to wear wutever i want! please help

Okay, I am only 13, 5`1, and I way 133 pounds! Everyone thinks I look normal and I look about 100 pounds. Anyways, i want to lose my stomach fat, how would running for 1/4 a mile everyday day and 4+ minutes of situps get me in 3 weeks?

What are some good ways to get stronger so it's easier to do back-handsprings??? I can do them with a spotter but then when I try doing them by myself, I land on my head all the time. Help me please!!!

ok i really want to get rid of some of the fat in my legs. lol i have big lefs and i HATE it. mostly the top half. my calves are big and i hate it too but a lot of it is muscle. how do i make my legs smaller in time for when school starts?? please any help would be great! i rate!!!

how much weight do you guys think i would lose if i went on the tredmill every morning for like an hour for the next 2 weeks???? cuz i read on a website that if you work out in the morning before you eat anything you'll burn body fat not carbs. so i need to know around how much weight i would lose
