try eating all protein for about 3 days(eggs and fish, things like that) you'll lose about 4-6 pounds in 3 days...but make sure you take vitamins for the loss of the other minerals tht you're missing...hope it helps! ]

don't do the whole "low carb" bull crap it's stupid and you basically starve yourself. just cut out things with alot of sugar and fats. also eat smaller portions of food. eat 3 meals a day and healthy snacks in between like fruits and veggies! i really like coolwhip (lite) and berries and carrots and rach dressing! ]
I've heard you can go on an all-meat diet. Eat meat for every meal and avoid breads and other things with high carbs. Don't eat after six. You should see some good results after as little as a week! ]

To lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you're taking in. So if you're not going to burn more calories (i.e. exercise), you need to ingest fewer calories. Reduce the number of calories you eat per day, but make sure you're still getting proper nutrition. ]

Just count your calories. However many you consume usually, cut it down by at least 500. And by writing down what you eat, you are heald accountable for it. I put myself on a 1400 calorie diet, and so far I have lost 10 lbs. in 6 weeks. ]
