Advice for my arms

Hey..does anybody have some advice on how to lose the extra fat around my arms and not the muscle? Im not sure if lifting weights is a good idea because im a pitcher and I heard from somewhere that lifting tightens up your arms and isnt good for a pitcher. Is that true? -Thank You- :)

im a pitcher too.. ive never heard that tho. i just always stretch my arms out with my own excerecises lol .. oh but ice ur arm after every practice..that keeps it from getting sore.. good luck!

liften weights only increases the mass of ur arms but if u do it 2 much eventually ur arms will tighten up. liftin weight will work. i lift weights every day and my arms arnt tightend up so i guess its not tru.

Yeah, it's probably true. You can't do anything with that extra skin/fat because it's baby fat and it helps keep you warm. Good luck! Hope I helped :)
