Hey..does anybody have some advice on how to lose the extra fat around my arms and not the muscle? Im not sure if lifting weights is a good idea because im a pitcher and I heard from somewhere that lifting tightens up your arms and isnt good for a pitcher. Is that true? -Thank You- :)

luvinmilizz05 answered Saturday August 21 2004, 12:06 pm: liften weights only increases the mass of ur arms but if u do it 2 much eventually ur arms will tighten up. liftin weight will work. i lift weights every day and my arms arnt tightend up so i guess its not tru.
