ugh.. i cant do it im trying to lose about 10 pounds and i just cant.. its hard for me to stay on a diet and not eat junk foods and when i do exercises.. nothing happens-- im 120 if that helps? can anyone please tell me ways to stay on a diet!! thanks in advance-- i rate well

Try doing some different excersizes, like jogging long distances instead of things like crunches. Just think of what you could look like every time you pick up that box of oreos .. good luck ]
Get a fRiend to do it with you!! OR betteR yet.. a family membeR; maybe then you guys can avoid puRchasing junk food all togetheR. That Really is one of the best ways - anotheR peRson helps motivate you. Also, don't dRink *ANY* soda... if you'Re a big soda dRinkeR.. STOP!! DRink WATER!!! ok.. well i have found for myself that if u just cut down on the amounts of food u eat and like stay active that helps u loose weight. like for ex when i went to subway i used to eat a whole hogie and then some coookies. now i jus eat half a hogie and save the rest for later. and i walk almost everyday. and i dont just mean around the block.. im with my friends and we jus hang out and our usual hang out consists of walking around and talking. so id say jus cut down on the amounts of food ur eating and stay active. it worked for me.

120pds is not that heavy I don't know how old you are or anything but 120 is a good weight I mean my cousin is 120 and she's 14 and the doctor says it's fine

its hard.. but.. take a lOok at the wOnderful, beautiful twinkie.. qaze at its wOnderful qOldness and dEliciOus lOokinq cream.... i nOe yOu want tO eat it, but nOw.. imaqine where that twinkie qoes... mouth, esophagus, stomach, intestines, butt, and then imaqine the really really fat peOple that yOu see On like, the maury shOw, jerry springer, true life, etc yOu dOnt want tO be like them, most vegetables meat and dairy... qOod, most fruits, all sweets and foods with starch or butter.. anythinq like that... bad, very bad, if yOu must have sOmethinq bad, wOrk it Off, 20-30 minutes of cardiO shOuld help, yOu can IM me fOr mOre advice because.. it jus qOes on... hOpe i helped! Go on a laxative diet.
It'll help you lose weight.
I recommend that you'd also drink lots of water, since diarrhea dehydrates you.
Water- No sugar, no calories, no carbs! ]
