manda44 answered Wednesday August 18 2004, 10:23 am: i also found out that if u just cut down on the amount of foods u eat u loose weight. for ex. if u ever went to subway.. dont eat the whole hogie. eat half of it and save the other half for later. i lost weight by doing this.. jus cutting down on the amounts of food i ate. i still ate everything i used to just not as much.

spoiledx3shortii answered Wednesday August 18 2004, 10:18 am: If you do a lot of sports than it could just be muscle ((muscle weighs more than fat!)) or you could have one of those problems where even though your active and eat healthy you still gain weight! Try eating healthier or if you really want to you could go on like a diet.. but go on one that still lets you eat every food group (( the only healthy diets))
