does anyone know any good sites for fitness or excercise, and how to tone up ur body and how to lose alittle weight! or if u know anything that might help me! (my main target areas are the tops of my legs and my stomache) i need to know asap! please help me! ill rate high!! thnx!

If u do it regularly u should lose ur weight that u wanna lose. on the internet just go to yahoo.com and in search put stomach exercises and leg exercises. BballBumMegan answered Tuesday August 17 2004, 5:19 pm: hey exercise videos are always good...but to truely loose some weight and get toned up..u need to be very determined and do a routine every day...start off easy and build up..say 10 push-ups..15 sit-ups...the regular stuff..it really works, i had to do it to prepare for sports...
