I would love to lose 10 or 15 pounds before school starts...and get toned!! Can someone give me a very planned, detailed workout schedule that would work for this...and how often I should do it..and also very detailed tips on good foods to eat, and portions and all that!!! This would be extremely helpful!!! THANK YOU:)!

i do 100 crunches one day.

next day run a few miles, try running uphill mostly.

next day do 100 pushups, not all at once.

next day run really hard, long distances.

take a break the next day.

instead of eating 3 big meals eat 6 small meals.
it helps ur metabolism

Here's some help with foods to eat:

BREAKFAST:
2 Scrambled eggs
2 Canadian bacon slices (not real bacon)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup orange juice
OR
Veggie Omlet (asparagus is a good one)
1 cup milk
1 medium orange
OR
Fruit smoothie (about 3 c. no added sugar)
Toast (2 slices, whole wheat)

LUNCH
Any size Salad (chef, caesar, garden...)
1 serving tea
Any amount of water

DINNER
Grilled salmon
Small salad
Cauliflower
OR
Shrimp over romaine with grape tomatoes
Small fruit salad
Asparagus

Cut out sodas and chips. Try to lower sugar a lot (unless you have blood sugar problems) and calories a little.

If you would like more ideas, or some recipes, go ahead and contact me.

if you go to www.seventeen.com the have a health and fitness section i believe..and a lot of times they post work out schedule's step by step. Otherwise, if it's not on their site, they always have them once a month in the magazine. Sometimes CosmoGirl does too
