quiet and shy

im a really shy and quiet person and im really not confident at all. i just get really nervous talking in front of a big group and even when im only talking to one person i just never know what to say and it gets all awkward...
at my school im known as the quiet and awkward girl...
what do i do to start being confident and stop getting nervous around people and in front of a large group or even in front of just one person?
how do i stop being so quiet shy and awkward??
how do i know what to say all the time? i just never know what to say and can't come up with anything without sounding boring or retarded or just saying oh ok...
please help!!

okay maybe theres something wrong with my eyes? my eyeliner ALWAYS smears.. ive bought over 10 brands inculding one that always looks GREAT on my cusin and hers NEVER smears.. maybe i have a naturally oily eye or something? why else could the bottom part of my eye smear so god damn much.

i hate my phone!!

ok so i got a new phone in september and i hate it. its too late to return it but it doesnt work sometimes. today i called my friend ten times and she never got them!!! the phone goes to the voicemail and all but it never goes to them. its not her phone because it happens to other people too. other times it doesnt let me end calls and i have to take the battery out. the phone flips up into a "T" kinda shape. anyway, i really want the new EN V (i have verizon) but i dont want to pay the whole price. how can i get a new phone in exchange for this one?!?!?!?!?

fixing my appearance

i have a big nose i guess you could say, and i have like NO Lips. sucky combination right?
is there anything i can do to make my lips look bigger, more full? there just so skinny. and i know you cant really fix the nose, but is there anything else i can do because i feel like people are always staring at it :(
anything besides some kind of surgery?

so there is a chance that i might be pregnant well on new years eve night i drank 3 wine coolers and i had less than a can of beer. well if i am pregnant its less than a week. so will the alchol have a bad effect or is it to early to hurt anything

I know a lot of girls think that their vaginas smell kinda funky but I actually heard that guys like the smell and taste. Also, i always have like white kinda chunky stuff on the sides of my vagina where the labina minoras are(i think) and it smells really bad. any idea what that is? it doesnt hurt or itch or anything. any comments/advice is appreciated. thanks

I want to go to brown, i'm only a freshman but i reallyy have my heart set on it, the only thing is i suck at math, i don't like to study it either. I hate math so i'm afraid if i keep having a b,that Brown wont take me, thats my only b but like i said, i have my heart set. I'm also in swimming so i don't have the time to do any other extra curricular activites since i leave the school every day seventh period to swim so... i have a feeling brown wont take me since i go to a public school, have a b in one class and i'm not in any extra curricular activities, but i am only a freshman, do you think they would?? and also, should i be doing stuff now to give me a better chance of getting in??

drivers ed in a box

i'm taking drivers ed in a box right now and i'm wondering if you need to read the handbook in order to pass the test to get your permit or could i still pass the test to get my permit just by doing the six hour tapes?
does the test contain general rules and questions or local rules that you need to know from the handbook??

im reallly scared that i have herpes. and i dont want to have to deal with putting coverup on my lips when ever i get a sign of it.
im scared of doctors. and my mom knows i get coldsores. but they always start out as white small round things before they.. "activate?" idk how to say it. but its like.. hard to explain.. i dont know.
what should i do? what would you do if you thought you had herpes? should i go to the doctors? my mom gives me round pills from the vitamin world store and she said they would help me.
i dont think this is herpres personally... idk! helllllp im so confused i keep questioning myself.

Braces.

I always get asked if I've had braces. I did, I had them for a few years in middle school. But I never feel the need to ask anyone if they've had braces. I mean, my teeth aren't THAT straight, because I don't wear my retainer anymore. But I'm starting to wonder if my teeth look different or something... why would they be asking me this?

My boyfriend and I had a talk last night about how he wants our relationship to go. Ironically, after we spoke about it, we watched That 70's Show and the episode was literally about exactly how he wants our relationship to go. He sent me some of the quotes once he got home.
