eyeliner.
okay maybe theres something wrong with my eyes? my eyeliner ALWAYS smears.. ive bought over 10 brands inculding one that always looks GREAT on my cusin and hers NEVER smears.. maybe i have a naturally oily eye or something? why else could the bottom part of my eye smear so god damn much.

Liquid eye liner, i just put it around my eye and use a wet tissue to wipe away imperfections, it stays on all day or more, and the little bottle last forever!

Pencil eyeliner will always smudge at some point. Do you use kohl eyeliner? If so, change to a harder one.
You could also try dusting loose powder onto your face and under your eyes before you apply the eyeliner, just to soak up any moisture if there is any.
I only use pencil eyeliner on the inside part on the bottom of my eye. I use liquid eyeliner for the rest - you can get more detail, too.

If its to do with the bottom bit of your eyes, it hasn't got anything to do with oilyness.. unless your skin in incredibly oily. It could be watery eyes. However, saying that, most eye liners DO smudge underneath, especially when you have worn it for hours.
Try the hard tip eyeliners, where the pencil isn't soft and smudge, instead go for the harder ones.
also, i would suggest using liquid eyeliner on top of your pencil liner, the liquid settles the pencil liner, giving that sharp, just applied effect.
My pencil liner smudges too, but when i apply liquid on top, it works beautifully.
Try also AVON waterproof liquid liner!
