ok so i got a new phone in september and i hate it. its too late to return it but it doesnt work sometimes. today i called my friend ten times and she never got them!!! the phone goes to the voicemail and all but it never goes to them. its not her phone because it happens to other people too. other times it doesnt let me end calls and i have to take the battery out. the phone flips up into a "T" kinda shape. anyway, i really want the new EN V (i have verizon) but i dont want to pay the whole price. how can i get a new phone in exchange for this one?!?!?!?!?

Maybe give some free advice about: Random Weirdos? varsity_prep_xo answered Thursday January 8 2009, 4:52 pm: my friend had the same problem with verizon, she had the venus and was able to switch to the en-v after telling the people at the verizon the problem. i believe this was after the 30 day rule or whatever, so just go in there and complain, bring a parent with you, and hopefully you can exchange it. also a lot of phone companys offer buying used or refurbished phones for a much lower price. you could by one of these, often they look like new. you could also buy a phone on ebay, those are usually pretty cheap, but then if it breaks the verizon store will not fix it for you... The only thing that could work so you dont have to pay sooo much is selling your phone and using the money you get from that to buy a new one.
