i have alot of fat on my thighs and stomach and i want to lose them quickly does anyone have any tips or suggestionsÉ i want to lose the fat before next wednesday please help thanks

i have been doing 60-120 situps a day for almost a week now and i haven`t been losing any of the fat in my stomache. i don`t know if i`m doing anything wrong. please give me some advice on how to lose a noticable amount of fat in about a week or maybe less. thank you

my thighs have alot of fat on them and i feel so fat that i can`t fit into certain pants or jeans. i`d like it so much if i could lose the fat on my thighs so please give me some advice on how to do that. thanks

ok well im 11 years old and i weight 130 pounds i really want to loose weight on my stomach abd i do 100 crunches a day what other exerczes can i do to loose weight on my stomach?

ive been trying all different kinds of excersizes to get a flatter stomach but most of them dont work that well. does anyone know any ideas to get a flatter stomach in just a few weeks? thanks i will rate high if the tip helps! thanks

ok i weigh about 133 and im 5'1.5. i play soccer and lift weights everyday so i know alot of that is muscle. but i have unwanted fat on me and i really want to get rid of, i think im fat but people tell me im not it really bothers me because when i look in the mirror i want to break it. what can i do?

i have a big butt and i kinda get made fun of my people and i wish my butt wasn't that big cuz its really noticably big and its hard to get certain kinds of pants. what exercises can i do to make my butt smaller? suggestions would be great thx

i have a really small butt are they are any excersises that can make it bigger? I know of hte one where u lay down like you're doing a situp and just lift up..does this work?

i have pretty skinny calves and i want to shape them up a bit... does anyone know any good excercises(sp?) that would do that for me? thnks! i rate 5s (generally)

okay, ive been working out everyday for like 2 weeks now and ive been getting into REALLy good shape. . but i havent really been loosing weight, just getting really tone.. the thing is, i eat ALOT. not like fattening foods, its healthy/okay foods. but i just like overload on it i guess.. and i HATE the idea of "eating in moderations".. its so hard! once u take a bite out of something, you just want to eat more.. any good motivational tips that would help me eat in moderations?? thanks =]

OK i weigh about 130 and im not fat but not super skinny my legs are mostly muscle b/c i used to be a catcher and i want to get my legs to be smaller without making my leg muscles bigger what do i do??

okay, ive been going to the gym like everyday, or every other day for the past 2 weeks or so. and ill work out really hard, like ill run for 25 mins on the tred mill and ill do like 175 crunches, and ill build up alot of sweat.. ill work out really good, but then the next day im never sore at all. shouldnt i get atleast alittle sore after all that work out?

Hey, I have always cracked my ankles and back, and other things too. i jus can't help it. Is this real bad for me or do people jus say it is? please, jus let me know if you really know for sure, cuz... well w/e. if anyone knows let me know.

ok well im bulimic..im trying to deal with my problem but i haven't been doing it for that long but like everytime i stick my fingers down my throat it like feels like i scratch something in the same spot everytime and then it starts bleeding..is that the reason its bleeding?
