I got a ab lounger about a month ago and I was wondering if there is anyone that has had theres for awhile and could give me tips and things on using it. Did it work for you?
Nokomis answered Thursday February 3 2005, 9:26 pm: Oblinques (stretching diagonal) really helps. Also dont use your neck or arms, just your stomach. Obliques help me the most.
azngemini answered Thursday February 3 2005, 7:38 pm: i have itt. but i dont really use it. it says that if you work out on it for 30 mins everyday for 30 days, you will see a lot of improvement on your stomach. I dont use it a lot cuz I never really have time for it, and cuz I dont think it will help as much as other exercise/fitness equipment. if you try different positions on the ab lounger, it'll probably help you out more. it should come with a tape showing you all the positions you should try out, and the tape will tell you a lot of info on how to use the equipment and tips on getting a hotter body.
