since you work out on a regular basis then your body gets use to it and it doesnt get sore, if you want to get that feeling you will have to prolly run on the tredmill like 40-60 minutes and do about 300 crunches, and then adventuallly that wont be sore and you'll have to raise it up again, its just cus your body gets used to it.

you dont work out enough.. try this

40 mins Slow Paced running..
200 situps
100 Push ups
50 Benchpress of the most you can do
10x3 on each arm dumbels (aslo the most you can do)
and maybe 10 mins on each of the other machines :)

and dont forget the 1,000,000 pull ups ;)

well once youve been doing it for a while your body starts getting used to it so no it should be getting that sore much anymore. but if u were to stop for a week and then go again it probably would leave you alittle soar. your body seems to be used to it by now though.
:D nat

Just because your not sore, doesn't mean your not doing good at your workouts. Your doing great, and whats good is..your body can handle the pressure. So dont worry..keep on working out! And if your ever sore, I would skip a day at the gym and just stretch it out...

No, you shouldn't. When you get sore it means that you've worked your body out too far without stretching enough. It's a bad effect that your muscles give out when they've been over-worked.

Working out is not supposed to hurt, it's supposed to make you feel refreshed and healthy.
