Everytime I bend my knees they crack, what does this mean?

my knees do that too and i think its normal, not anything bad. its silply air that gets in-between the cartlage (SP?)and pushes it out. but as long as it doesnt hurt then you should be fine :P

it's basically like cracking your knuckles. Air gets into the cartiledge and when you bend your knees it is forced out. As long as it is not painful you have nothing to worry about. If you are experiencing pain along with the the cracking, go to the doctor.

Mine do that too .. I think it means that they aren't stretched out well .. So next time when they crack just strecth them out ..
