wantinganswers112 answered Saturday February 5 2005, 12:01 am: crunches, sit-ups and sprints. Start out small and work your way up. It worked for me in a matter of a view weeks and I love being able to put my hand on my stomach and it be flat... you'll love it, good luck! (which i think is gross for girls lol)
PDeL answered Friday February 4 2005, 9:19 pm: When You wake up do 100 situps, and before you go to sleep do 100. GO to the weight room, and use the ab machines. They work the best. DO about 5 sets, with 12 reps for each set. Good luck. [ PDeL's advice column | Ask PDeL A Question ]
sarah0308 answered Friday February 4 2005, 7:11 pm: crunches and sit-ups both do the same amount of work. also, you shoudn't just exercise once or twice a week. you should exercise AT LEAST 4 times a week. dont just do basic exercises..do different ones that focus on different parts so that way you dont hurt as bad as you would if you only did ones that focused in the same spot. sorry if i didnt help much.

crazykellie2009 answered Friday February 4 2005, 7:02 pm: squats, a LOT of crunches and push ups, treadmill, any kind of work out equipment, and just eat right!
Karen answered Friday February 4 2005, 6:14 pm: To get a flatter stomach in a few weeks, you need to do a few abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups. If you do about 75 crunches or sit ups a day, you will see results in a few weeks. Eating healthy will help too. Hope I helped :)
