Crunches, and like leg lifts work wonders... you just have to stick wih them and do alot of like steps and reps or them .. stay constant and keeo doing them even when it burns and um sure you will immedalty see reults and feel them too

crunches, sit-ups and sprints. Start out small and work your way up. It worked for me in a matter of a view weeks and I love being able to put my hand on my stomach and it be flat... you'll love it, good luck!

lay down on the floor, put your hands behind your head, knees bent, feet flat on the floor. then take your right elbow to your left knee, meeting half-way. do 5, then switch. do as many as you can and every 2 days increase the number a little bit. be careful tho -- dont do it too much or youll get a muscley 6pack!! (which i think is gross for girls lol)

When You wake up do 100 situps, and before you go to sleep do 100. GO to the weight room, and use the ab machines. They work the best. DO about 5 sets, with 12 reps for each set. Good luck.

crunches and sit-ups both do the same amount of work. also, you shoudn't just exercise once or twice a week. you should exercise AT LEAST 4 times a week. dont just do basic exercises..do different ones that focus on different parts so that way you dont hurt as bad as you would if you only did ones that focused in the same spot. sorry if i didnt help much.

To get a flatter stomach in a few weeks, you need to do a few abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups. If you do about 75 crunches or sit ups a day, you will see results in a few weeks. Eating healthy will help too. Hope I helped :)
