after the 21 pills which day do you start your period? the beginning of the week or the end?
also, I'm going to Cuba on the 19th and I really don't want it then so could I just start it next Sunday instead of this Sunday? I'm so lost!

I run 3miles like four times a wee, and I wanna know if there are any things I can do to improve my mile time and lose weight and still run 3miles? Sometimes I'll run every other mail boxes, but that's kind of boring, do you have any other fun ideas I could try?

Foot Decaying

I've looked all over the web for an answer, but i can't find anything.
On the bottom of my foot, the skin is pitted, like swiss cheese, and moist and decaying around the ball of my foot. It's NOT athlete's foot, I've tried creams and powders for that, and it causes an odor so bad I have to change my socks periodically throughout the day.
I can't see a doctor right now because my I am temporarily without health insurance,
but it's been here for about a year, now,
and it's driving me crazy.
Has anyone experienced anything like this, or found an answer as to what it is?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Okay so, I'm a virgin and I'm 15. I'm not planning on having sex for a really long time, my period is the 6th of every month and today is the 28th! My boyfriend came over and we were "dry humping" ? He wanted an orgasm so i was like Okay? I was in my underwear, he got one and like sperm? got all over my underwear and soaked through, I ran into the shower and scrubbed my "area" could I be pregnant?! PLEASE ANSWER! I'm so scared ): If my hymen hasn't broken, could there be a chance I'm not?!

bleeding after sex

my boyfried i just had sex or the first time within two weeks, it pretty much hurt the whole time, because we haven't in a while. and i first had sex only like, 2 months ago.
two hours after having sex, i went to the bathroom and was bleeding out of my vagina..
is this normal?
please help me, i'm freaking out!

Hi thanks for taking the time out to answer my question. I'm 24 proud single mother of 2. I meet a man 5months ago. It started out sexually and now i want more. He has so much to offer my kids and i not just financially but mentally as well. He gives me mix signals as if he want to be with me but i'm not sure if its just sex or not. so my period is irregular. i get it about every couple of months, like 4. my doctor said that was normal for me. well my boyfriend and i had sex with out a condom for the first time but i said i didnt wanna do it long, and we did a few times then i didnt wanna take any chances. he didnt either. We always are protected too. i know u can get STD's and all that from it, but im NOT on birth control either. so how will i know if im pregnant? im not saying i am, its just is there anything i need to know about it? like signs or whatever? and i cant ask my mom for birth control because she doesnt wanna put me on it at 16 and she doesnt know im sexually active. sorry this is so long, i tried to be as descriptive as possible so it could be understood. thank you. <3

i dont know what i have. but its somewhere along the lines of post nasal drip. sinus infection and stuff like that.
im very nassally. and its soooooooo annoying. i hate it. and my nose hurts cause ive been blowing it so many times.
i got zicam sinus relief (its the one where you srap it in your nose) yesterday and it reallly helps alot. i can breathe so much better. but you can only take it every 10-12 hours. and i take it when i wake up.and before i go to bed. but somewhere in the middle of the say it wears off. and i know it says take as directed, but will anything happen if i take it like three times a day?
and if there anything i can do to get over this cold faster. ive had it since thursday and its almost sunday.!

Really bad pain

I am getting this pain like someone is sticking a knife into me through my vagina. it used to come like once every few weeks and just be incontinuous, just sudden bursts of pain, but now it comes like 3 times a week and is constant for a couple of hours, its really bad and i am going to see a doctor but i didnt know if anyone knew what it could be

okay, so i have been dating this guy for 4 months now & he never wants to take me out and do what i want.. it's always what he wants. i feel like all he cares about is himself. so on our 4 month anniversary i said we should go to a movie and he said he didn't feel like it.. and we have only gone to a movie 3 times in the 4 months we have been dating and to dinner 4 times and one out of the 4 times he had a free meal. and i'm always willing to do something if he wants to do it .. like go to parties with his friends but if i ask him to come to a party with me and my friends or if he wants to go to dinner with my sis and her boyfriend.. he never wants to. because it's not convenient for him and not what he wants to do. Back tuck tumbling!

I have a standing back handspring, round off back handspring, and round off double back handspring by myself. I am trying to at least have my round off back handspring tuck with a SPOT for tryouts, in about a month.
I am taking private classes for an hour to 2 hours a week. I have my bhs back tuck on the tramp by myself, which of course is a lot easier.
If I am realllly committed and determined, do you think i could at least have it with a spot for tryouts? The coach will spot us if we need. My tumbling coach says my bhs are really good, but my round offs are usually a bit sideways haha. Thanks!
