I'm not really sure how to put on makeup. I also don't know what would look good on me. I have brown hair and blue/gray eyes. anything can help!

Well you sound pretty! Kay. Get some black eyeliner with a smudger on the back. Apply some to the bottom (inside of your lashes, or else it smudges and runs and makes you look tired) and apply some to the top of your eye and smudge it in. Also, get a non-clump mascara, and make sure NOT to put too much on. It just looks bad! lol. If you want, get some pretty silver eye shadow or a silver pencil and trace it just above your eye. *try a base that looks natural and put a little bit all over your face...use clear or with a pinkish color gloss, you could use a goldish or black or gray eyeshadow put it on your eyelids and on the crease of your eye put a darker color!
use a little blush [dont over do it] and also use some good mascara...

I agree! The best policy for wearing makeup is to make it look natural. Look like your not wearing any. This can be tricky. I would get some friends or an adult together and go over some different looks that you might like and experimetn a little. Best of luck!
