I have a standing back handspring, round off back handspring, and round off double back handspring by myself. I am trying to at least have my round off back handspring tuck with a SPOT for tryouts, in about a month.
I am taking private classes for an hour to 2 hours a week. I have my bhs back tuck on the tramp by myself, which of course is a lot easier.
If I am realllly committed and determined, do you think i could at least have it with a spot for tryouts? The coach will spot us if we need. My tumbling coach says my bhs are really good, but my round offs are usually a bit sideways haha. Thanks!

It wasn't perfect honestly but good enough to have a good set. Make sure that when you go into your back tuck you really set and then tuck. Also, make sure you bring in your hips in the tuck and not just your knees. Hope this all makes sence and you do good! [ taeyarenee's advice column | Ask taeyarenee A Question ]
