I run 3miles like four times a wee, and I wanna know if there are any things I can do to improve my mile time and lose weight and still run 3miles? Sometimes I'll run every other mail boxes, but that's kind of boring, do you have any other fun ideas I could try?

you have to mix up your workouts.
like one day run shorter and faster and another day run longer and easier. or you can do like 1 mile warm up and do the second mile like race pace and then the 3rd mile as a cool down. also run different places like maybe one day run somewhere that is really hilly and another day take a break a run somewhere flat.
the best way to get in shape is to mix up the number of miles you run a day, like one day maybe run 5 and then next day 2. you just have to work out a schedule that fits your ability of running. and you could also try cross training like running a couple miles and then biking a bit.
