Irritable Bowl Syndrom

Are there any good products that REALLY help irritable bowl syndrom and constipation (I have both). I've looked at Dr. Ho's Ab Trimmer (I wouldnt use it to lose weight but to help with IBS) and everyone says its a waste of money. It can either be a new diet, a product like Ab Trimmer, a certan exercise, Id pretty much do anything because my IBS and constipation are very bad. Can anyone help?

i got caught with weed

i got high with a few friends recently, and got caught. my parents never thought id be this bad of a screwup, so they dont really know how to handle it. they just said im grounded until they decide otherwise. i can use my phone and my computer, but i cant see anyone.
they said they were going to start drug testing me to make sure im not smoking anymore.
but i dont want to stop smoking weed! i know thats kind of stupid, but oh well.
is there any loophole to the test? is there something i can do to make sure i get a positive on the test, besides not smoking at all? any tricks? thanks.
also, if i smoke cigarettes or drink, will that show up on the test? again, thanks.

Spin Class

I don't have the money for a HRM but I want to know how many calories I burn in an hour-long spin class. In the classes I go to, we always have resistance on, either going really fast, or standing up at a high resistance and jogging. I'm 135 pounds. Can anyone help me out with this?

Hi, I'm 16/f and I've been going out with my boyfriend for a little over a year. I'm not considered “popular” at school or anything, but pretty much everyone in my grade knows Mark and I are going out. And we're like "the cutest couple." my first boyfriend of almost 6 months recently left for a job in another country for a year..he said he wants to stay together and be together when he comes back and we talk online and stuff a lot but i'm having a really hard time dealing with this.. hes only been gone a month.. and i can't eat without getting sick, i'm crying all the time and generally depressed a lot.. i don't know what to do.. if anyone has any advice please write me back.. thanks :)

body odor

what do i do when my body odor is unbearably acrid, even to me? sometimes when im in class and i raise my hand, i catch of whiff of my pits, and its not pleasant. i wear deodorant in the morning, but it wears off. i know i can reapply, and i do, but what should i do when the smell leaks out of my armpits? should i pretend like i dont smell it? should i confess and say its my body odor? or should i blame it on my best friend? please help! im tired of making up excuses for my stench!
ps-- what do i do about sweat marks on my tee shirts? when i perspire a lot, which isnt too often but it happens, i'll put a hoody over my sweaty tee shirt, but the sweat marks seep through the hoody material! help!!

Hey i babysit 1 infant baby and she crys ALL THE TIME !! its a pain.. ive tried everything.. i feds her her bottle gave her a nap, Changed her diaper.. changed her clothes took her out for some fresh air let her crawl around. WUT MORE COULD I DO!!?? Please helppp!

i wanted to spend some of the day with my boyfriend at a spa and order him a back massage cause he always tells me how nice it would be and then bring him out for a birthday dinner but i was wondering if thatd be a little too much...i mean i can afford it and all if i save a little but he doesnt work so i don't want him to feel like he has to spend money on me you know? we've only been together for 8 months...do you think its a good idea? or do you have any other suggestions?

Can someone explain all of the denominations of Wicca, and whats the difference between wiccan and pagan?
Right now I'm just doing my research but I've considered becoming a wiccan or pagan but I'm skeptical about the magic part because I don't believe in that. I was raised in a non-religious/christian home (celebrate christmas/easter but was never forced or asked to go to church unless i wanted to which I have with friends and for Christmas Eve mass and that sort of thing).
Also I don't know if I'd want to become a pagan or wiccan because (at least where I live) its associated with some really really weird people. And I'd consider myself a preppy person (Abercrombie, American Eagle, typical prep). If you lined...
